But what really made my visit to Golden Donuts special was the amazing service provided by Mike. He was incredibly friendly and welcoming from the moment I walked in the door, and he took the time to answer all of my questions about the different types of donuts available. He even gave me some recommendations based on my preferences, which I really appreciated. Overall, I highly recommend Golden Donuts to anyone in the Citrus Heights area looking for delicious donuts and exceptional service. The glazed donuts were absolutely delicious, and Mike provided amazing service that really made my visit a memorable one. I will definitely be returning to Golden Donuts in the future!

Their donuts are fresh, tasty, and decent size. I dont eat donut often, more like a special sweet treat for me. (They are good but not everyday treat) Donut selection is pretty standard but always in good quality. The service is also very friendly.

I have many broken teeth so always try to eat soft things and they had the softest donuts I have ever had in my 30 years on this earth. I got a whip cream filled maple bar and will definitely be regularly going back for more. I've had donuts that were literally just made that weren't nearly as soft as they are here. Their donut holes are super dank, almost melt in your mouth they are so soft. I highly highly recommend. The couple that now own it are also extremely friendly. The owner is only ever nice when she wants you to buy something. Otherwise she is rude and insulting, including towards her employees and anyone else. The place is barely even kept clean up front, meanwhile the back room where all the donuts are made is an absolute mess. There is old frying oil everywhere, icing is caked into the drying racks, and the donuts are kept in the open, inches away from dirty countertops that have even had raw fish on.
