Jimmy John's — Restaurant in Roseville

Probably the worst jj's in Macomb. Between the manager whose got long messy hair or the entire staff not wearing hair nets only some with hats. I got turkey subs to watch the woman on the line use the same blue gloves to touch my sub. Made me an extra sub cuz they didn't understand my order or give me a receipt. Manager and assistant to busy talking about what they like to do and not to do on the weekends. The woman whose cute diamond bracelet dragged across my sub bread and I wondered how many other things it touched. My favorite was the front counter register. I’ve had issues with this store in the past but tonight was THE WORST after an hour of not getting my food(I live not even 10 mins away and ordered only two sandwiches) I called and was told it would be here any minute because his driver has been gone for 16 minutes and I’m his only delivery. 15 more minuets go past and my food still isn’t here. I called again and they said they delivered it. I have cameras outside my house to prove they didn’t!! I was told they weren’t going to redeliver my food or give me a refund. I had Jimmy John's just the other day. I wish they would just tell you about upcharges though. Instead of, "What kind of cheese?" They should say, "would you like to add cheese? There is an upcharge of .99 cents."

I haven't been in a long time and I didn't really realize til I looked at my receipt. So being upfront gets you more points in my book.
