McDonald's — Restaurant in Roseville

Honestly wish I could give 0 stars. It is ALWAYS SOMETHING with this place. I have never in my 21 years of eating McDonalds come across such an awful one. Unfortunately this is our neighborhood McDonalds and I'll go out to Blue Oaks instead from now on. Employees have given us hash browns AT NIGHT when we ordered fries, have not given items that I paid for MULTIPLE times, I can never just go through the drive thru and have it be quick and correct, and fries are normally cold and stale. I could go on and on. When I have tried to talk to the manager about all the issues they just said "yeah." Literally! No apology or anything! Such a horrid manager and service. They really need to get better employees and a different manager. The worst McDonalds I have ever gone to or hope to go to. I highly advise everyone to NOT spend your money here, even though I know it's cheap. Find the next closest one. There is a GREAT chance you will be disappointed... This is unfortunately, our neighborhood McDonald's. Nothing is ever consistent. The ice cream machine is frequently not working, which is a favorite treat for my boys. When it is working, we get shakes, and they NEVER fill up the cups, which is just cheap to me. Every other McD's fills them up. Then, we always have issues with the toys in the Happy Meals- they NEVER have the new toys. My boys will get toys from movies from, no joke, a year ago. Right now, the new toys at every McDonald's is Marvel, and these people are still giving out the dinosaur eggs from months ago. The employees are always rude to customers and amongst staff. I have heard comments between them, and the older woman who works ar the window is flat out rude. The people who give you the food are always rude, getting irritated if it takes me 2 seconds to grab the next item. I'm just done. I'll drive the extra way to get to...

Usually lukewarm food in drive-thru. Have to cross my fingers I might get lucky and get hot food. Tonight I ordered Chicken Nuggets w/ Hot Mustard. When I got to the pick up window, I checked my bag to make sure I got my "hot mustard", nope wasn't in the bag. So I asked for it and was told they were "all out". It would have helped if there was a sign stating "No Hot Mustard"....Had I been informed my dining choice wouldn't be at its best, I would have order something else, as it was I was picking food up for some else. BTW...the $6 meal is a sandwich, small fry, Large Soda....not a small or medium soda, as you'll notice on the screen when you order. Also a pie, I ordered apple, when I got to the window they only have pumpkin. ..... ugh. And how long have they been out of hot mustard??? Yesterday, today, 5...
