I wish I could select 0 stars. Very poor service. I ordered a pizza over the phone, came to the Douglas location come to find out my pizza wasn't even made. The girl at the cash register stated that I never made an order so I showed her on my phone the phone number that I called, she agreed it was there phone number and stated she was sorry and I could now order my pizza. I needed my pizza immediately that's why I called it in, and was very disappointed when it was not ready. I asked the girl at the cash register if they were able to give me a discount due to the inconvenience and she said she would go ask her manager (Sam). Sam said that I could not have a discount. I then asked if I could speak to Sam the manager. And the manager refused to come out and speak with me!!! How rude!!! The girl at the cash register was very pleasant and I could tell was embarrassed about her managers actions, if it was my call Sam should simply be fired, or at least written up.
