First time ever going to a Mr. Pickles. Literally took 20 minutes to order my sandwich with only 3 sandwiches ahead of me and 4 employees on staff. Then it took 20 minutes to ring me up. Cashier kept giving out DoorDash orders instead of taking care of customers in the store. This guy had a broken arm and the other 3 employees expected him to ring up all the waiting customers, Get drinks filled for all the DoorDash orders and then after he was done he could ring up the 5 people waiting to pay. I asked the manager if anyone was ringing up orders and her response was that he only has one arm instead of stepping in to help. Needless to say I will never come back to a Mr. Pickles again. Really bad first impression and no apologies what so ever. Also they microwave their pastrami and they hardly put any on...

Staff was very unhelpful and unclear about where to stand when I told them I wanted to order and pay. Instead of explaining that there was a line at the other end of the counter they embarrassed me, refused take my order and allow me to pay ahead of time, and again refused my request allowing another customer to step in front of me because I stepped outside for a moment for business reasons. Even when I explained they could make my sandwich after hers! Every other mr. Pickle's I've ever been to has been friendly and helpful and allowed me to order and pay before receiving my sandwich when I asked except for this one. I felt very uncomfortable. was refused service even though I was very polite. I will never come back...

I had the worst customer service from this place. I called at 1:25pm today July 20,2019. Got held for almost 3mins.which is something I do not mind. I tried to order a "Spicy T Sandwich" whis is a mistake on my part because I meant Hot T sandwich but this is how he answered "I don't know what you're talking about, we don't have that sandwich", he said that in a rude way, he didn't even try to correct me because obviously, Spicy T is equal to Hot T. Or he didn't even try to offer anything else so I just said nevermind, thanks and hung up. I don't usually write reviews but this person on the other line was rude. If he's new he needs to be trained well. Never ordering from this...
