The customer in front of me was there to pick up an online order. He was handed a stack of maybe 5 extra large pizzas and a couple of containers of something else. He said he had ordered meatballs. The kid behind the counter checked his receipt and said they were not on the order. The customer then asked where the three sides of garlic butter were and the kid again checked the receipt but did not say anything. Both the customer and the kid appeared to be getting a bit flustered. the kid then walked over to another kid behind the counter whose name badge on his hat I think said, Brendan. Brendan walked over to the customer and asked "What is the problem?" The customer explained that he thought he had ordered some meatballs and three sides of garlic butter. Brendan said they were not on the receipt and showed the customer. He then said about the garlic butter, "I can give you some." Further dialog took place and as the customer was getting ready to leave, I suggested to Brendan that he needed to give the man some garlic butter, that it would be the "customer service thing to do." Brendan then told me "He didn't pay for them." I guess Brendan had forgotten that he had already offered. Read moreStaff member was polite and welcomed me in. The Pizza was poorly made. It was suppose to be half one topping and the other half a different topping.
Black Line shows the toppings are not equal halves. One side was extremely smaller than the other.
RED Line shows where there was absolutely no topping on the crust, just left bare.
BLUE Line shows how one side of the pizza was squeezed in a small portion of the pizza instead of being half of the Pizza.
I'm going to have to respread the toppings, so there are equal sides. And make sure the areas where there is no toppings at all get covered. I shouldn't have to do that!
I would've taken this back but it was too late...
Read moreOrdered 3 pizzas online today. I spent time and money preparing to pickup my pizzas. I get there and they do not have a working credit card machine. No call telling me to bring cash just 3 kids with a look of helplessness. I was forced to leave and buy food elsewhere. How does a national chain function with only a single credit card machine in their store? Second, why does their training omit the need to call back to customers that they will need to bring a specific form of payment? 1st and last time...
