I went to your Roseville fountains store today (I frequent this location) to purchase a regular açaí bowl for myself and my niece on her lunch break. I ordered 2 regular bowls, once I was given the bowls I noticed mine had very few blueberries (I order this item regularly so I could tell), my nieces had double. The gentleman that completed our order went to the back. I told the shorter lady with brown hair that my bowl had very few blueberries. She responded by saying the man was in the back cleaning more and I’d have to wait if I wanted more. I didn’t like her answer as i already paid and waited for my order and I shouldn’t have been shorted in the first place. But I didn’t respond to her lack of customer service and waited 5 mins. The man had still not returned, so I asked her again, this time saying can you please tell him that I’m here waiting for the blueberries I was shorted? She replied, “as I told you, he’s in the back cleaning some more when he’s done he’ll be back up front with them”. Read moreCustomer service issues still exist here. I went in this morning & ended up getting a drink I did not care for. It had an aftertaste from monk fruit or stevia I believe. I went right back in and politely asked if I could swap out - The girl who rang me up just poured out my drink in the sink in front of me as if to show her feelings of irritation. Then she tossed the container on the counter. She then asked what I wanted so I asked for a greens 1 & she got it and basically said “here!” very abruptly. I said thank you and left embarrassed bc there was another lady there with her children and another worker.

I was waiting patiently when a group of gals infront of me were taking their time ordering for about 15 mins, the employees were just talking about how their makeup looks and totally ignoring my presence, and continued talking to them even after their order was done for another 10 mins while I waited. Then another girl that came after me the blonde girl took her order first, when I was there before her. That was quite rude since I was just being patient, and not once did they ask “you were there before her?” To even clarify.
