Burger Lounge — Restaurant in Roseville

I have never seen this level of service at a fast food restaurant. You order at the counter. They will bring your food when ready. Drinks that come with the meal are served in actual glass, but they do have to go cups if you need They have craft fountain sodas, organic brewed iced tea and house made lemonades. You but your drink, you can try them all and get a refill no extra charge. With the combo you save $0.50 so it's not a huge savings.

Pricing is higher than most restaurants but I did feel like with the service paying a bit more was fine. It is located inside the fountains of Roseville, near the pet did express.

We had servers and even the manager check up on clients. They had to have asked us 5 times individually. We were offered extra sauces for our fries when we sat down (they did this for all the tables). They brought a water bowl for my dog on the patio.

I ordered the husky with avocado and bacon. Though the bacon added flavor, it wasn't as crisp as I'd like. Eating it became slightly difficult. The burger itself is more high than wide. A decent amount of avocado was given.

On one of their visits they offered me a knife and fork which I took.

We had our food from here delivered so it was luke warm at best. We ordered the classic burger with cheddar cheese and raw onion, the turkey burger with cheddar, grilled onion, and added avocado and bacon no bun and the half and half large for us to share. The classic was bland, and loaded with raw onion. So much so he had to take half off. Perhaps the onion was supposed to cover the blandness? No condiments were on the burger either. The turkey burger had a quarter of a head of lettuce as the "bun". The cheddar (on both burgers) wasn't melted but looked more, and tasted what I would assume, almost melting plastic like. No condiment on the burger either. The grilled onions tasted like well used oil and had no sweet onion flavor that sauteeing onions brings out. The turkey patty. Wow. Blown away by the flavor. The overwhelming flavor of rosemary or some sort if herb. Thats all you can taste in the patty. No salt, no pepper, no seasoning except for whatever over used herb. The half and half, half fries-half onion rings, came as a ton of fries and 4 onion rings. Four. Hardly half and half. We did enjoy the fries. Which is what is giving them a 2 start rating even though they deserve a 1 star. Will we ever order from or come to this place...

I have to guess that our meal was just a one-off given the aggregate rating, but our experience was just plain awful.

However, while our food arrived within the expected time frame, it was quite disappointing to say the least. The food, and I mean all of the food, was so badly under seasoned and over cooked it was tasteless. We got two burgers, chicken tenders, fries and 1/2 fries 1/2 onion rings.

The burger patties were basically frisbees, dry, chewy and had no seasoning. The fries were fine, but again had no seasoning and the onion rings were not only seasoned-less, but honestly tasted like frozen and reheated grocery store onion rings. Oh and the tenders, well, you couldn’t have hammered those chickens any further.

Bottom line, absolutely zero seasoning, maybe this is how they do it, but a pinch of salt would have changed our meal… well, that and perhaps a quick lesson on how not to overcook hamburger and...
