My son asked me to order one of the "Signature Eats" - the QuesaBirria Quesadilla replacing the Cilantro Lime Rice with Brown Rice. I told him that the menu didn't say it had any rice on it, in fact the menu doesn't mention rice anywhere on it at all. QuesaBirria Quesadilla cal 1080 brisket birria, 3-cheese queso, shredded cheese, pico de gallo with side of guacamole and sour cream He told me to order it anyway. When I went to the store and asked about it the woman at the counter said, "yeah, we have rice". I asked where on the online menu it said that the item comes with rice. She said "the online menu is all messed up". She proceeded to put some rice on a tortilla and stood looking at me blankly. She then asked what I wanted on the Quesadilla. I said just what usually comes on it. She said, "we don't know what goes on this you just have to pick what you want". So, I learned that Qdoba puts items on their food that are not in the menu description (what about people with food allergies/sensitivities?), and don't know what goes on a published menu item that is claimed to be a "signature" dish. Being ABLE to customize a dish is a good thing but being FORCED to customize a dish is a BAD thing. I would expect that a "signature" dish would be a standard offering. I walked across the street to another restaurant and got dinner there. This was my first and last time visiting a Qdoba.

I don't work in the food industry, but I do know food is supposed to be served at a certain temperature to keep bacteria from growing. I literally just walked out of there with a chicken bowl took my first bite and it was ice cold. I'm not talking about the toppings which should be cold from refrigeration we are talking about the rice the beans the chicken the queso the everything! My fresh bowl was lukewarm. To make matters worse three employees sitting around doing nothing drinking pop, joking around, messing around all the while ice cold food is being served. Way to go team Qdoba. You're consistently pushing your market share to your competitors.

Staff was horrible. I know it is hard to hire people but when you have three people who don’t want to be there. It makes for a poor atmosphere. No one greeted us. Had to wait for staff to get off their phones. Finally was asked,”What?” Gentleman with a long goatee finally attempt to help us. Didn’t say a word. We asked if they could make fresh brew tea because the canisters were empty. He stated no to buy a bottle if we wanted one. We eat at QDOBA’s weekly. This is by far the worst experience and location ever. I would stay clear of this location.

I don’t usually write reviews for anything, but tonight I stopped at this location for dinner and was helped by two incredible young ladies named Bri and Chloe. These girls managed to help an overwhelming amount of customers while also trying their best to keep up with online orders. They were out of queso on the line, and called to the back for one of the managers, Zel or Joe, to bring some up - although neither of them did so. Once the girls had asked several times, they were finally told that they had to wait. These managers truly acted as though helping these girls through a dinner rush was the most agonizing decision they could have possibly made, and it seemed as though they were going out of their way to not help. In the time I was there, I watched several customers lose their patience, one in particular throwing a fit because they were out of something they wanted and then decided they would not be purchasing their already-made bowls. Despite the lack of help from the managers, lengthening line of customers, endless string of online order tickets, and rude and impatient customers, Bri and Chloe continued to do their best to keep up and help customers. They were clearly frustrated and overwhelmed, and they still met even the most unpleasant customers with kindness and respect. Their persistence and hard work throughout all of this was extremely admirable.

Anybody who has worked in food service knows what it’s like to be short-staffed on a busy shift and not be able to keep up with even the smallest things, but not everybody who works in food service can handle those shifts as well as these ladies did. As someone who used to be a manager in food service, I genuinely believe I would have walked out had I been in either one of these girls’ positions. In the time I was in the restaurant, Bri and Chloe both demonstrated a strength of character that is best described as uncommon. These girls deserve a raise. Or two. And probably a paid vacation. They absolutely deserve positive recognition for how they handled the circumstances they were faced with. Based on what I saw today, I believe that any workplace would be lucky to employ either one of...

Love Qdoba, with exception to this location. Recently moved and been to this location twice.

1st time, ordered inperson carryout. When I walked in no line besides 1 person was in process ordering. A black lady( dont know name hopefully managment identify employee) made me wait 8-10 minutes as she very dilly dally, carelessly cleaned the line. As i waited a line accumulated. As i was ordering man behind me pointed out to her and another employee that he wasnt comfortable with the way she was carelessly wripping around food containers. Food being contaminated with food falling back into containers and pos dirty bucket water leaking back into the containers. I didnt see the contamination myself but did see the carelessness attitude of this employee and was more focuesed on the clock and facial expressions than watching the food line and containers.

2nd time ordered a online delivery. Super fast delivery, great job doordash! But pulled pork nachos had layer of grease and just a soupy mess, chips (on the side ) way too salty uneatible.. Luckily had a bag of tortilla chips at home. Portions of ingredients seemed off and think i got the bottom the bottom of the barrel with the meat. Never had so much grease on a order before and i order the same thing everytime from qdoba ( warren location) well over 20 times. Its always 3 cheese nacho with...
