I literally enjoyed going to Walmart and buying minutes for Tracfones more than I enjoyed going to this store and being stuck for 3+ hours, first to just get my new phone, then again for them to tell me they never rang my phone out and I either had to pay for the whole thing in full or return it, AFTER paying activation fees and everything else already. Not to mention the manager wouldn't explain any of that to me, even though I SET UP THE ACCOUNT, she kept telling me to call the salesperson who made the sale and my girlfriend, because they're friends and the salesperson told my girlfriend I should try T-Mobile. I had to go get my girlfriend who set the account up with me, because I just wanted to cancel the whole thing. But no, she couldn't do that, even AFTER I drove home to get her and come back and brought every device I purchased, all because they waited past the 14 day return period to deal with any of these supposed "issues" that THEY had. Then when you get your bill and see that you ARE being charged for the service, call T-Mobile customer service, are told that it's past the 15 day "Buyer Remorse" period and you have to call the store, so you call the store and talk with the manager, who tells you basically this: "Who cares what you were told, the contract was signed and agreed upon, it should have been read thoroughly, too bad for you, we aren't taking them back". I was lied to and she pretty much admitted that they do that and don't care. Disgusting. I assume they are desperate to get rid of the worthless things. Thank goodness I was able to call back customer service and explain everything and I was refunded. The store has a good feel...clean, comfortable seating and good background music playing. I was greeted with smiles by sales rep, Kaley and store manager, Samara. Kaley was extremely patient and answered all my questions . I felt comfortable asking her questions because she was positive and not intimidating. Thank you for such a positive experience!
