Fox's Pizza Den — Restaurant in Rostraver Township

my husband placed an order at 645 for 31.00 worth of food. My husband told the girl taking the order we’d be back in a half hour and she said fine. we went next door to shop n save and we’re back at 724. the counter girl and another boy were sitting in the chairs out front and she was on the phone when we pulled up to the curb to get our food. the delivery boy came out of the shop snd got into his car at the curb as well. my husband got out of the car and walked to the door and all three of these kids left. amazingly the shops doors were locked. we got no food and we had prepaid for our order. In essence they stole our $$. What kind of business is this!! The sign and there website stated closing is 8pm. In my book this is stealing. Thief’s. Do not patronize this...

I hate leaving reviews. But from what I’ve been told, corporate bought out the franchise.

the staff has been fantastic. Much more polite and nicer.

But I never thought the day where a franchise owner puts better product out than a corporation. Clearly a double standard. It’s been a complete disappointment. Every foxs I ever been to and even in multiple different states has had the same product forever. It was good Why change it!!!!!

Really disappointed as a single momWho doesn't have the luxury of ordering out all the time and working full time.
