This was my first time here bc my sister in law and kids wanted to go to cicis. I almost drove off because when we pulled up there were 3 homeless people with 1 small cart and a huge and im not being funny but a big big cart with tarp piled hig parked in front ofnthe exit doors. They were in lounge chairs and it threw me off. My sis saif come on lets go for the kids see what its like inside. The cashier we fine it looked ok do we paid and went to gund a table to seat everyone and wash our hands from the park. The bathroom was dirty /nasty and i had to ask for the table to be wiped down and she was super nice about that and even wipednthe chairs.
The pizza was okay there was 15 min wait for cheese pizza, thats a kids staple. They made one pepperoni pie and a person took almost the whole tray at once. So rhan you had to wait for that too. The dessert bar only had cinna rolls and brownies and that stayed empty as well like they bought more brownies out and rolls but rhe bar was empty for like 15 mins than only one item for another 15 then the cinna tolls camr out . Like for the price and expecting a buffet it was not giving buffet. Which is sas because my kids would like this place if the game area wasnt so crazy with kids parents let do anything it was too much and the pizza amount was not buffet. For a Saturday night at 6pm this was sad.
The biggest reason i wouldn't come bk is because of the homelessness in the store . Dont get me wrong i have a heart and help and do what can for the homeless or those in need. But at a buffet it grossed me out. Coudos to cicis for feeding them but i feel like they should not just walk in with a box from outside grab handles scoop pizza then throw it bk on top of pizza thats nasty no hand washing nothing one lady was nasty rude tonthe staff about there being no pepperoni pizza and blocked people from other pies until i asked her to move and than the black homeless girl was digging in her cart came in and went straight to salad bar and whille taking in her ear piece go figure needles to say we didnt eat much. I used paper napkins to pick up the handles and only ate the fresh pizza that we had to ask for wait for it to be cooked . In the time of covid maybe gloves should be mandatory at the bar. For these reasons we...

We visited on Pi day(3/14). They were running the $3.14 per adult buffet special (you have to mention it, as they don’t advertise it in-store. Normal price is $7.99). We were there around 5:30pm, and were expecting a line or full house, but we were wrong - even with this special rate, their business volume was still just average (maybe most people weren't aware).
The employees were okay. Not the most friendly or energetic cashier, but he got things done and we got our promotional price without any issue. We saw at least two employees working on clearing and cleaning the tables regularly. They did a great job interacting with customers and making the dining area super clean! Kudos to them!
As for the food, the variety of salad bar items was reasonable. They have pasta with red and white sauce, and cavatappi pasta soup. During our ~40 minute stay, we saw maybe only 6-7 different types of pizza, and many of them are derivative versions. E.g. pepperoni vs pepperoni with jalapeno on top, Hawaiian vs Hawaiian with jalapeno on top. Other than these pairs, we saw pepperoni with sausage, spinach alfredo, buffalo chicken, etc. Compared to their full buffet pizza menu, I think we saw maybe half the choices. In terms of desserts, they had soft brownies, apple pizza, and cinnamon rolls. But the apple pizza was not replenished after they were all taken.
They used to offer a paper slip that customers could fill out and make custom orders (Type of crust and I think you could choose up to 4 toppings). This offer was gone. It didn’t seem like it was just not available for the day we visited. Because they used to have a line (like a zipline) that customers could use a clip to hang their order slip and pass it to the kitchen, and they then gave out a pager. When your pager went off, your hot, custom made, delicious pizza would be there waiting for you. But this nice offering was gone, very sad.
All in all, a buffet price for only $7.99 (adult) in today’s world is still a steal! Wish they would offer more variety of pizza like they have listed on the buffet menu - then that...
Read moreI specifically seek out CiCi’s pizza locations because I like their pizza better than Stevie B’s. It seems that many CiCi’s locations have closed and I think it’s because their franchise owners did not adjust when competition came.
This location is an awesome example of a a great CiCi’s location. They’ve got an upgraded interior, a really nice game room for the kids, and of course a good product.
It’s clean, well-lit, and has a large dining room that can easily accommodate large parties. It has ample parking and is easily accessed.
The people are friendly and maintain a good buffet with all the typical offerings. I’m shocked that others have had written poor reviews.
A $6 pizza buffet is a genuine value if it’s any good, and they will custom make you anything you want for no additional charge. so any complaints about not enough toppings on the pizza fall on deaf ears to me.
The crust is light, crisp and has a great chew to it. The sauce is thick and seasoned, and the cheese stretches out 3 feet!
If you catch any place at peak hours, you may find some mislabeled pizzas and given the value-focused nature you won’t find extensive vegetarian choices here.
But with proper expectations, you too can have a satisfying experience at a...
