7/29/25 - still love the folks but the service, while friendly, is still jacked up in the drive-through. Ordered a double bacon biscuit today and got home and it was a bacon (not double) + cheese. :((( I am sensitive to cheese which is why I don't order it. About 3 weeks ago, I ordered a special burrito w/no cheese and got home and guess what - cheese! And the receipts are correct!!!..??????? Sometimes they forget straws for the drinks. I guess this is just the way it is post-COVID and our techno-driven ADHD society. Sad...:((( 4/12/24 - the biscuits are often still hard :((( not sure why this is happening...and the chicken in the biscuits doesn't seem cooked enough and is kind of "yongey"? Like a tough scallop. The nuggets are fine which definitely makes me thing it's a cooking issue for the biscuit filets and unfortunately you can not order the chicken well done anymore...:((( I know it holds things up but I can't order the CFA chicken biscuits anymore. :((( We LOVE the staff though - it is ALWAYS pleasant to come here! They have the prettiest flowers in the drivethru and on the tables. Allyson does them and they are beautiful!

Chick-fil-A is where a person goes to have a meal that is fast food, but above fast food standards. It's more expensive than say, Burger King, but one is okay with the extra few dollars because you are treated SO KINDLY by the staff. Always "Hi how are you?" "My pleasure" "Have a nice day!" And smiles as far as the eye can see.
Let me tell you, this Chick-fil-A ISN'T ONE OF THOSE. I moved here a year ago and because this is the closest one in my immediate area, I've tried it about 6 times. 3 of the times were just mediocre. I might as well have spent my money elsewhere. The other 3 times, including last night, were just absurd and not up to the standard Chick-fil-A has in place.
My food has been wrong 2 of the times. The first time I caught it at the window and was met with SO MUCH ATTITUDE, stating that wasn't what I've ordered. Now, I don't believe the customer is always right, but I do believe good customer service is key. The second time I straight up didn't get the CHICKEN on my CHICKEN BISCUTS. Both of them. How do you mess that up? The store responded to me via Facebook (hours later) and again acted like it was my fault. Corporate later contacted me and we spoke about it, which is wonderful, but it doesn't help your awful store in Roswell.
Last night was the final straw for me (so glad I'm moving next month). We went inside to dine in, hoping for no mess ups if we are face to face. The guy at the counter was extremely rude. No eye contact. No hello. Very disinterested. When I asked him for something specific, he acted like I'd asked him to kill his dog. The manager he asked if we could do that, looked like he had been stricken by the dumbest question in his life. What did I ask for? No end pieces (the ones that are all skin) in my fries. Because I'd ordered a large twice in the past and only eaten a small sized amount because half was end pieces. I don't like them and it's not that difficult.
The food was correct and delicious. I will say that when it's right, it's on point. The only redeeming factor in all this was the sweet gentleman in the parking lot working the drive through opening the door for us as we left and being all smiles. I've had to turn around cause my order wasnt right and it is a inconvenience because I only have so much time on my break. But this last time, and I was going into work, I placed the order on Chick-fil-A app as I always do and it told me that my order is ready for pick up. So I walked inside and my order was not ready, it was once again sitting behind the counter And I had to wait. The reason why I order all the Chick-fil-A out so that it can be done in a timely fashion so that I can get to work, but I get there and I still have to wait and it says it's already done and it's just sitting behind in the counter. That doesn't make sense to me. So I told them hey, It says my order is ready For pick up, but it's not up there and this is not the first time this has happened. I was responded with crazy. Looks as if I am saying something wrong, And the older women who works the mornings rushed me off with a "OK you have a good morning Sir" With a attitude might I add. This Chick-fil-A is right down the street from my job so it is very convenient for me to go there, but I don't mind going somewhere else at all Because I don't like attitude with my food and I'm sure other people don't either. It wasn't always like this, but now it is. Hopefully, I'm not the only one who deals with this And I hope that my next visit doesn't come with attitude either. The manager that has the beard in the little cut And the Tall slim one that has a little belly sorry bro , cause i cant remember your name lol and the Hispanic woman who's who wears the glasses who usually works in the morning, They're great. But the bigger guy who worked this morning shift, he didn't even care Nor said anything or apologized . So I don't know what you have to do, but I hope...
