Panda Cafe — Restaurant in Roswell

Never had a encounter with one of those Asian businesses that are the “ R” word but for some reason I feel like this sad excuse of a restaurant deff is. So I was picking up a order for Uber at this place and upon arrival I wasn’t greeted or anything the only thing I was greeted with was a angry face from I guess the owners wife and the words “let me see your phone” I was shocked that someone was speaking to me like this so I caught my breath and asked “Well how are you” the lady responds “yeah yeah let me see phone” while waving her hand I respond by saying “you must be having a bad day” she then proceeds to walk away because she clearly doesnt understand how customer service works. So I waited and then saw her son just staring at me and not helping me, so reached my had over to grab my order that’s when her son told me to stop, Someone yelled from the back and out came a angry daughter to finally give me my order. This is one of those Chinese places that clearly doesn’t like a certain kind Of person. You clearly came here for opportunity so act like it. If I would’ve acted like what you wanted me to act I would’ve been wrong. I will never spend money at this place and i hope no one else does. Also this isn’t one of those gaslight posts this is the truth, I’ve never felt like how they made me feel just because someone is picking up a order doesn’t mean you can treat them anyway those are potential customers as well but the hate just wouldn’t let the lady Simply say How are you ? I am writing to express my profound disappointment as a first-time customer at this restaurant. I called at 9:30 PM, and the lady on the phone informed me that I had an hour to place my order before the kitchen closed. However, I felt rushed off the phone.

I placed my order through Uber Eats at 9:50 PM and called back to inquire about the type of eggrolls included with my meal. When I learned they were chicken, I requested a substitution for shrimp due to my chicken allergy. She brusquely informed me that substitutions were not allowed and stated that the kitchen was closed, with no further orders being accepted.

I reminded her that I had just spoken to her moments before and was assured that I had time to place my order. Instead of addressing my concern, she started yelling at me in an exceedingly rude manner, declaring that my order would not be processed. All I wanted was to clarify the information she had previously given me.

As a nine-month pregnant woman who has worked all day and is hungry, I believe I deserve better treatment. I expect to hear from a supervisor, manager, or the CEO regarding this issue. If I do not receive a response, I will escalate my complaint to ensure my experience is...

A Disappointing Experience at Panda Cafe

I had dinner at Panda Cafe, and unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing. First and foremost, I witnessed a child working at the establishment. It was very clear that the child did not want to be there—he looked unhappy and acted in an unprofessional and hesitant manner. The use of child labor is unacceptable under any circumstances, and seeing this created a strong sense of discomfort even before the meal began.

The food itself was also problematic. The ingredients used were clearly of low quality and insufficient. Most notably, the oil used had a very unpleasant smell and taste, which ruined the flavor of the dish and caused stomach discomfort afterward. Hygiene standards were also noticeably poor—tables, utensils, and the overall environment did not appear clean or well-maintained.

As for the taste, the food was bland, flavorless, and seemed carelessly prepared. Overall, this place falls short in many critical aspects, including ethics, hygiene, and food quality.
