Zaxbys Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings — Restaurant in Roswell

10/08/25 @ 1:30pm I came Inside because the line was full to order a basket of toast and Fries FRESH!! They proceeded to give me hot fries, but the basket of toast was tough and Clearly re-warmed. So I brought it back in to tell them can they remake it fresh I sit down for five seconds and then it’s ready. I touched the top of it at the counter. It felt warm once I made it to the car. I opened it all the way and picked up a piece all to notice that only the top pieces were warm so basically still a cold basket of toast And not fresh like I asked because had it been fresh it would’ve been steaming almost. These are the only items I typically order from there, so I’m livid that once I asked for a second time for it to be remade, you couldn’t simply do that. You rushed and gave me something cold again. The only reason I didn’t go back in there again for a fresh basket because I would’ve been getting a refund so I just took this one. At least this bread isn’t tough like the first one was. I’m a try to enjoy my fries. But they always failed to give me fresh when I asked for it fresh it’s like a hit or miss with them at this location. Which is why I don’t get anything...

I visited this Zaxbys location Saturday night through the drive thru, and all I have to say is that the service is phenomenal!!!!!! Eric was the employee taking my order, and he was very patient, It has been a while since visiting a Zaxbys location and reading the menu items were quite difficult for me, I asked Eric numerous amounts of questions about the menu and asked for some suggestions. He recommended me the Kickin' Chicken' Sandwich, and I must say he did not fail me, the sandwich was delicious!! It is not everyday where a fast-food employee is so passionate about their job, but I must say Eric surprised me the moment I pulled into the drive thru! Kudos...

I've been coming here for a couple of years now & have had wonderful service. I feel bad for the people who have had poor service, but my experience has always been great. The staff & mgmt have always been very friendly! I always see the older gentleman when I'm here & Dijhena is great too. Keep up the good work! Btw - Zaxby's Corp - plz send the staff here to the Kennesaw State location to train that store on customer service & portion size. They need lot of training! It's a shame, I have to come to the edge of another county to get great...
