!!!! BEWARE DO NOT PLAN A BIRTHDAY PARTY HERE !!!!!
I wish I could give this place 0 stars . After paying almost $400 for the EPIC birthday package . I was met with nothing but rudeness and unprofessionalism . The team lead VANESSA was the rudest of all. She had absolutely no regard for the money spent on this event and stood there wasting my time that I could had used to enjoy it with my niece arguing back and forth with me about the company policies .
I called them twice before the day of event to make sure I had all of the facts then when the actual day arrived they completely change all of the stipulations.
I asked if there was a possibility to extend the reservation time for private room if needed .They said yes I could extend my time in the room and it was going to be $50 extra for 30 minutes .
-When I asked if I could pay for the extension of time since some of the guests arrived later . They said no , they could not extend my time because the host that was assigned to our party could not stay any longer because she had to go to school the next day .
They said that the party included an hour of jump time .
-They never specified that the jump time had to be at the first hour of the reservation. Which was practically impossible since the first 30 minutes was used to setup the room .
-When the kids entered the room to have a refreshment the host rudely started cutting all of their wrist bands . Making my niece cry on HER BIRTHDAY
Ended up having to spend an additional $130 for an extra hour of jump time for the kids .
The guests didn’t even get a chance to enjoy the privacy of the room . By the time we were done going back and forth on these issues , they were kicking us out . Ended up only being able to sing happy birthday to her . The party was then escorted to the general common areas . In which then they were finally able to sit and eat .
Such an inconvenience to have people moving their things back and forth . Wasted more time setting up and taking down than actually enjoying the facility.
If this is how corporate is advising these teenagers to run this business … they are going to tank it into the ground . They should spend some of the money from their shady business in training their staff .
I suggest you have better luck renting a bounce house at your home than coming here . Don’t Do It .. your experience will not...
Read moreI actually enjoyed hanging out here while my girlfriend's youngest ran around and acted like that hedgehog fellow in the video game. Lots of things to look at, sort of like watching airplanes take off and land, or trains pass by...the activity is just activity, but you know tragedy is possible at any moment. None occurred on my visit, thankfully.
Well-staffed and supervised facility. There are staff everywhere that you look, which is good, because the frenetic energy will just about wear you down. Don't go here if you lots of kids having fun makes your eyes twitch at a high rate of speed. Go here if you want your kid(s) to have fun.
Easy registration at touch-screen computers directly inside the door. The transaction at the counter was fairly fool-proof (although fools abound). You either have to already have a pair of "trampoline socks" to enter, or buy a pair for some nominal fee...$2 or something like that.
The snack bar is to your left and the first thing that you encounter. We grabbed a couple of Cokes as the kids burst forth like mullet being set free from a cast net. Wandering around, there is a quiet room with comfy furniture where you can snooze or watch TVs while the kids burn off some kilocalories, or you can tread upstairs to loiter. We chose that option. You have a commanding view of the activity and there are both high-top tables and stools and picnic-style tables to sit at (see pic).
The price seems about three times higher than it should, but, really, the concept is unique or at least scarce. Where else can you take kids and let them go berserk under careful supervision? Your grandma's house, and nowhere else. Other than this place. Unless you suck as a parent. Then you take them to Taco Mac's and let them blaze around like their pants are on fire, annoying the hell out of everybody else while you get hammered on jalapeño martinis. Pfft.
Anyway. Give it a go. Sketchy folks in the parking lot and the usual OTP, driving-impaired fools. Take care out there. Treat the kids and kick...
Read moreOn November 19 afternoon, I took my kids to this facility and I was sitting in front of the playing area, where I can watch my kids, but suddenly one of the supervisors, rushed to me and gave a strict order to leave the area with my drink and go to where the cafeteria is located. But other people were still enjoying their drinks in the same area. At the moment even if I was not happy being picked on, I said ok and agreed to what the young lady said. And then I started to collect my items to change my sit to the cafteria area. And wondering why I am the only one to be picked on, with in few seconds a second shout came out from this same young lady standing above my shoulder ordering me to move with my drink IMMEDIATELY from this restricted area!! The question that came to my head at the moment was… am I in a correction facility or an amusement park? And I changed my sit to the area where I was ordered to take my drink. On same day I have informed what has happened to her manager and the manager tried to reconcile the issue and the she also acknowledged that some people are still having their drinks in the restricted area, and this fact cannot be denied as the drink cups were easily seen here and there on the benches and on the floor. With all this evidence in front of their eyes either the manager or supervisors did not apologize for what happened rather the supervisor who shouted at me was still angry on me. And that day until the final hours I left this facility I was watching other people enjoying their drinks in the same area, where I was picked on and forced to leave.
I don’t want to include here all employees, especially some of the employees who I met at front desk area, are professional and experienced in handling customers.
This is a message to some employees of this facility, “please have a little respect for your customers”. Higher management need to give a customer service training to your employees before LEAVE THEM OUT on your customers. And have a mechanism to make sure that customer complaints are...
