Very poor management. Went inside to order because the drive thru line was long and cars where wait around the other side. Had to wait 10 minutes before anyone took my order. The same employee was taking orders at drive thru and at counter. People sitting all around waiting for food. She keep taking orders at window never allowing the staff to catch up. People left without getting their food. And when a lady asked to speak to management the lady taking all the orders was the manager. The lady told her that she was drowning the staff. The manager said she didn't want complaints for not taking People's orders. I was next to the lady so I said you would rather have complaints about people waiting for food or asking for refunds or people who just left and didn't get their food so it had to be thrown away. That's alot of waste. I asked for my order and one of the young gentleman who work there got it for me. Placed order at 5:42 left with order at 6:27. Told people in the drive thu the wait time so they backed up and left. The parking lot was full of cars waiting and a guy from Door dash left without his food for his order. The staff is only as good as management. My mother ran a restaurant for years. This manager doesn't know how to delegate she needed other people taking People's orders so she could keep the staff and the orders more organized. And why was she working the window and the counter did she not scheduled another person for front counter? She just planned to do both herself all night. Well I am not complaining you didn't take my order but I iam complaining about the wait time and just the complete and udder disregard for your staff and the customer's. I placed a relatively simple order, hoping to enjoy a quick meal. However, they managed to get it wrong not once, not twice, but three times. Each time I received the incorrect order, I politely brought it to their attention, expecting an apology and a prompt correction. Instead, I was met with a dismissive attitude and a lack of accountability.
What's more disheartening was the overall demeanor of the staff. They were anything but friendly or accommodating. It felt as if they couldn't care less about the customers they were supposed to serve. The atmosphere was tense, and there was a notable lack of teamwork among the employees.
To make matters worse, I wasn't the only one suffering through this ordeal. I observed other customers receiving incorrect orders and witnessing the same lackluster customer service. It's apparent that this is not an isolated incident, but rather a systemic issue within this particular Burger King location.
Given this experience, it's no wonder I've heard rumors about Burger King struggling to stay afloat. Read moreCame through the drive through around 1:30 am and a heavy set African American lady with tattoos was taking my order , it took me about 5 minutes to order 3 items because the lady who took the order was giving so much attitude and made me wait for some reason and got angry, i kept trying to be nice saying thank you after every word and she did not care, i get to the window and she says pull forward to the doors , she then comes out the door with my bag of food without saying a word and pushes the bag towards my hand mid walking away, after 10 minutes i realized she forgot my cheese tots and when i went back in the drive through she sounded more annoyed and when i said you forgot my tots she said “i got them right here” that’s it and again chucked the food into the car, no apology or anything, it’s not that deep but there is no reason to have a crappy attitude and be rude to a customer who is going out of their way to make your night shift easier, she was also mumbling some comments under her breath WHILE she was still taking my order, yall need to take her off the schedule it sounds like she’s used to acting like this , don’t bring outside problems into work and take it out on...
