You need to educate your staff in regards to the mask mandate. You can NOT refuse service to anyone just because they are not wearing a mask. This is a violation of their rights since there are people who are exempt from the mask order. Also, in the mandate it clearly states even if its indoors and you can continously keep your 6 feet you do not have to wear a mask. I think we all know how the set up of "La michoacana" is and there is more than plenty space to keep your distance. The snacks are delicious but your customer service is horrible. It's time you guys stop discriminating people based on whether they are wearing a mask or not.

This is probably the best Ice cream place in the Round Lake Area. Who needs Baskin Robbins when you can get any unimaginable flavor, from Starbucks flavored ice cream to Bubble gum. This place never disappoints. There is always a line but it works in your favor as you will need this time to glance over at the overwhelming menu with so many choices and options. Highly recommend this if you're looking for ice cream other than Vanilla.

I have never had problems buying my favorite food in this place, but this time they charged me a lot of money I grabbed these papitas with cueritos and they gave me in a very bad presentation and I paid about $10.48 dollars for this, if I spend my money is because vale la pena but this time was too much!
