I consistenly shop here, and have for 2 years. This store has helped me compete numerous projects at home and even in my classroom. Sometimes, I see reviews that are extremely negative, all based on one experience at the store, so this review comes from someone who shops here routinely dealing with almost every department by now.

I have had only one negative experience here where I waited a long time to be helped with paint, and I can't even say it was negative experience, as it was made right immediately after. The employees were beyond apologetic, as it was a very busy day at the store. The manager, Tim, does an amazing job to make sure customers are happy.

Many employees have taken the time to learn my name, and even ask about previous projects I've bought products for. In other hardware stores, it takes me forever to find anyone to help me, whereas this Home Depot always has someone asking if you need any help. In addition, they are always very patient when I explain my vision for a project, and they do a wonderful job making suggestions or bringing up issues I hadn't considered. The lumber and paint departments are both very helpful and really value your time.

I purchased a refrigerator from this location. It was their floor model. When I bought it, the refrigerator had the bottom grille. They delivered it without one. A year later the refrigerator quit! I called fridgedaire to have them repair it, since I thought it was still covered. Nope! The refrigerator i purchased from home Depot was from 2018!! They sold me a nearly 4 year old refrigerator! Out of warranty. They sold me a old junk refrigerator for $1400 and now I have to send this one to the scrap because apparently it's not repairable. It has an internal cooling leak somewhere. When home Depot dropped it off at my door, the sides were all scraped up. They don't do inside delivery with their floor models. They delivered it with Large indentations on the sides. The company that looked at it said that could be one possible area it was damaged since the coils run along the side and back of the refrigerator. I posted a picture of the refrigerator to show the damage to the front door and the missing bottom grille. Regardless. This store sells junk! The air compressor I bought from this store also leaks. I still use it but it doesn't hold air. Boxes of nails I bought from this location I noticed 100s missing. Total trash store. Never ever coming...

Sick and tired of their attitudes, disgusted with everything in rental being broken or barely working, everyone is annoyed if you ask a question, and if I could count all the times I was told there was something in aisle 12 when it was in aisle 2, I could fill a journal. And the top of the line items? Over and over I see them as cheaper with free shipping on Amazon AND, there are four or five better items at the same or close price that have thousands of ratings from happy customers, while the crap they sell is some of the lowest rated garbage. Not worse than Menards, BUT CLOSE. Lowes is more expensive, but at this point, theyre going to get my business because I am tired of Home Depot not having anything I ever need and most of all? The old disgruntled angry former contractors who hate every minute of their job and wont take a moment out of their stocking day to show you where anything is. And the greeters? The "Can I help you find anything? THEY NEVER KNOW WHERE ANYTHING IS!!!!! And they end up having you stand there, trapped, until they go get the old disgruntled guy who basically says "Git awf Mah lawn!" This place should be leveled and replaced with a Handy Andy.
