I shop at this store here and there, and the customer service has NEVER been the best. I recently was there yesterday and today, spent well over $200, and wished I didnāt need the items I found, because I would of taken my money elsewhere! While I was checking out, I had picked up a mirror that was in a whole isle of mirrors on sale...I asked the cashier what it rang up at, and she said $60, I asked her if it was on sale, because it was in the isle with all the mirrors on sale...she rudely gave me a look and said āmirrors arenāt on saleā I told her there was a whole isle of mirrors on sale, and maybe that one was misplaced. I let her know it was fine if it was not on sale, I would go grab another mirror that is on sale, and she again said āour mirrors arenāt on saleā I pointed to the isle where the ON SALE MIRRORS WERE, and with attitude she turns at me and says āok maāam, I was going to ask okā as if I had done something wrong?! she turned and asked another cashier and that cashier also said āno mirrors arenāt on saleā - I thought to myself, these ladies obviously donāt know what their own store THEY WORK AT has on sale! I grabbed my other items, placed them back in my cart, and went to go grab a different mirror from the isle where MIRRORS WERE ON SALE. I get back to the line and the 2nd cashier who didnāt know mirrors were on sale said she would help me, as she was ringing my items up, I was double checking to be sure everything rang up correctly, she also was rude and asked me ādid I do something wrong?ā These 2 cashiers need to be REFRESHED on how to talk to customers, how to approach, their tone in their voice, the look on their face while speaking ALLLLLL OF IT! They must of been tired and ready to leave, but that is not a reason...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI was shopping with my daughter and two grandchildren. We found a whimsical stool for my granddaughter's bedroom . There were two on the shelf , one had original sticker price on it the other did not have one . There was also a sale sticker laying on the shelf neat it that had come off somehow. I picked up stool with original price tag on it and picked up sale sticker laying on shelf . I heard two employees in next isle, I stepped over to ask if this was sale price for that item , the woman never stopped what she was doing or did more than a glance at me and product and said, " you didn't have to pull sticker off , we would have put one on other one" 1. I did not pull sticker off 2. How rude !! I told her I didn't pull it off , and the other employee there told me yes was sale price for that item . I spent over a hundred dollars and they had to call for a manager to approve for that amount. I was astounded that it was the same rude employee I dealt with in isle ! A manager ?!?! Really! Wake up Hobby lobby , you clam to be a Christian store ! That is no way to treat a paying customer or anyone for that matter ! Very...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI've been coming here for years, but I'm noting significant changes. The prices have increased quite a bit over the years. While I understand the cost of goods has increased, particularly with supply chain constraints, some prices are a bit ridiculous, particularly furnishings and more of the larger ticket items, in comparison to alternatives. For instance, I bought one of their largest Christmas trees several years ago and that same tree has now doubled in cost. That said, they have great seasonal selections for both winter holidays and outdoor decor for the summer months. One pretty consistent element is the incredibly slow checkout process, regardless of what day or time you visit. The floor staff are willing to help if you track someone down. The store is always organized well and cleaned up, so it's easy to navigate without...
