So I was trying to be nice because I realized this location just opened up not too long ago and that most of the people were probably new to the job. Anyway, I ordered online and showed up 20 minutes later to pick up my food because that’s when it was supposed to be ready. I showed up and paid and 15 minutes later the order still wasn’t ready. So I asked one of the cashiers how much longer it would be and both of them looked at me clueless and took my receipt and went back to see about the order. 5 minutes later one of them comes to me and said they never got the order online but they’re going to prepare it right away. Kindve odd that they didn’t get the order but knew what my order was and how much it was when I showed up to pay? Anyway, waited another 15 minutes and still nothing. So already over a half hour since the food should’ve been ready, I demanded a refund. Not only was the cashier rude, but management wasn’t nice either and could hardly even figure out how to give me my refund. My advice would be to just go to another location. Although convenient because of how close this one is to us, any time I order from another location I show up and they have the wings there waiting for me. Not to mention all the staff was making sure they had a drink in their hands and made sure the other employees’ food was ready for them because their shift was over and they needed dinner. They clearly don’t care about customer satisfaction. Not to mention too there was plenty of other unsatisfied customers calling because they received the wrong food. Don’t waste your time here. This location is the worst, the guys working there are rude and have horrible customer service. I walked in yesterday to pick up my food and was the only one in there. They didn't acknowledge me for a good 2 min while one sat on the counter and the other was preparing an order, no greeting at all. So I finally said hello and than they said they would be right with me so i waited again while one was on the counter playing on his phone. Than as I'm checking out he reads my order wrong, so I told him no that is not accurate. He goes no that's what I meant. Ok, well if you're sure it's right thank you! I pay and go to the car and check it. The food was barely warm, fries were pretty stale as well. While checking the food I notice there was no veggies. So I return and he literally told me no we gave them to you but here you go while he hands me 4 carrots and 4 celery sticks. I ordered 30 wings. So I asked is this really all the veggies you guys give? Yeah! I wasn't going to argue over celery sticks. Ok! thanks. So as I'm leaving he yells have a great day with all the sarcasm in the world and proceeds to follow me outside. Read moreUnfortunately I had a poor experience and I tried to contact the manager but I was told she was in the bathroom and would return my call. No one has returned my call. We called to order a 75 wing family pack. We saw the details online but wanted to verify verbally. We were put on hold for over 8 minutes. When employee (I have removed the name) came back on the phone she had no idea what the family pack came with, we read her the details from you website as well as she had to put us on hold and ask about the flavors when we had questions. Sadly the bad experience did not end there. When we got home we were missing 2 fries (employee 1st said the pack came with 1 but we told her it came with 3) and we were missing 15 wings. We ordered 20 mild and 40 Korean BBQ which were in pans but the remaining 15 we did not get as well as 2 orders of fries. Since we live over 15 minutes away I called and asked for the manager. Employee said she would give the message to the manager. I never received a call back. Now I am out $94.59.
