Second time going to this location since moving here and neither time were the greatest experiences. Went on Tuesday and waited forever behind two big groups of people to order a million things so I ordered ahead on the app while standing in line. Got up to the register finally and informed them I just placed an order and waiting to pick up, he said okay then they get all the orders ahead of me out which was fine but as I go sit down everybody working either goes outside or goes in the back and I’m waiting for my order still. I think they were trying to find my flavor which I guess they were out of but no one informed because they bring out a shaved ice from the back which was gross and probably very unsanitary and it was a completely different color from the purple I normally get. Why give someone a flavor they did not order and why not tell me they were out? I could’ve been allergic to whatever flavor they decided they wanted to give me. Was there Saturday around 1230-1245 with my wife and 2 kids. There was only 2 employees in the entire building. One guy making the sno cones and a girl on the register. The wait was about 30 min which isn’t normal. At first I was kind of frustrated because of the wait and having to watch my sno cone just sit there ready and not being able to get it. But I looked at the bigger picture and realized these 2 employees were running this place (line out the door) like 30 people inside and still had a smile on their faces and never once seemed stressed or annoyed at how busy they were getting. That alone speaks volumes for those 2 and I hope they don’t go unappreciated because those are the employees you want to have. A 3rd person eventually showed up and had a wrap around his arm as if he had donated blood or something so props to you for also being a good person lol your help was also appreciated I’m sure. Just left this Bahama Bucks location about 7 minutes ago. I visit this location a whole lot at least 10 times a month. I got the same flavors I always get with caramel topping as always and today my snowcone tasted very funny, like vomit. Like I couldn’t fathom the taste at all. It also smelled like something was mildewed or old either the caramel or one of the flavors. I went back inside to have the guy who made my order to check the date on the caramel. He stated that it does not expire until next year but he also seemed a bit irritated that I complained something I never do here because I never have this problem. Well he did not even offer a remake so that was $5 gone down the drain. Customer service =0. I won’t be back!not to mention I asked for sour apple, strawberry, pineapple and peach as always.
