boardwalk — Local services in Round Rock

tbh i didn't even know what "Boardwalk" was when it popped up to be reviewed. been going there 6yrs now & just learned its name.

well...there's a nondescript Home Depot, a good Petsmart, & a crapTastic Walmart w/some of worst customer service i've experienced in all my decades as a shopper. REALLY bad. nasty attitudes w/ requests for help finding items or how water bottle exchange works, refusal to honor posted sale prices then refusal to summon mngr, etc & etc

there are a handful of good ones. otherwise...thumbs way down.

been a while but from what i remember pharmacy was great. efficient, personable.

those are the only Boardwalk stores i visit.

Truthfully my overall experience was at first sight of Boardwalk was a strong feeling and conclusion of what to expect from the stores and surrounding businesses but to my surprise the Boardwalk was and is a great contribution to the area, supporting countless families and many many more that need and depend upon these establishments and their services, So with that being said i will end by saying that this place is great and really has the perfect stores that 10 out of 10 times they have everything you'll want and need and have a service to help you find that desired...

It could def use a make over. Very old and outdated. The parking lot from Home Depot to Walmart is a mess. It's just designed poorly in my option. People coming from all different directions yet everyone has the right away because there are not many stop signs or yield signs through out the entire parking lot. Now I will say there are several different businesses at this location which is nice. The Ross store is know longer open and I believe Petsmart or Petco (which ever one was it) is also closed. Sad!! Those were both great stores. Party city is...
