I am not one to ever send bad reviews, but this couldnât go unnoticed. I purchased a w/d from this location. Delivery guys made it at the very end of the delivery window at 7p.m. We watched as they flipped the w/d like a tire in cross-fit in my driveway. They finished at 8:30p.m.and we noticed several scratches on the door of the washer. We were told by delivery guy to sign off and call HD in the morning and tell them about it. I then tried to wash sheets and it took me 3.5 hours. The spin cycle on the wash did not work at all. When I called to let HD know, i was told since I signed it was a manufacture issue. I went round and round with Samsung and HD for 4 hours, both casting the blame on each other. The dryer also wobbled and was not properly installed on the pedestal and the top dryer piece was not working correctly. I was told Samsung couldnât be out for another two weeks to replace existing default w/d. Supper frustrating. They should have a faster turn around for defective products. HD gave me an option to reselect a different brand. I agreed, paid for the new ones, but was told they canât cancel the previous w/d order until they are picked up two weeks from now. I changed my mind less than 12 hours later and said I really want this brand I had originally selected so please cancel new order and presume my previous with replacing. I was then told by HD of Round Rock that I will need to pay todayâs price which was a difference of $400 more than I paid for it two weeks prior. So they hadnât credit my money back or cancelled that order, but i must now pay todayâs price over the same w/d that was delivered and defective? I even mention on the phone that I found the same w/d at Loweâs for the previous price I paid and i got, âsorry we canât help. Best of luck.â Last i checked, HD matches competitors prices. i have purchased all of my appliances at HD and they price match anything. I was even told i had to pay for the pedestals because they werenât defective. These were installed in my driveway before they reached my house so I made a valid argument that I shouldnât be left with pedestals on a w/d that are defective before they reached my house. It was a mess. I will never again use Home Depot because of the Round Rock location. I was able to get the same units for the same price at Best Buy because they matched what Loweâs was offering (same as HD two weeks prior) . It took two rings, one person, 20 minutes to make the order and I didnât get hung up on like I did over and over at the HD of Round Rock. This location tends to put you on hold and will hang up or transfer you over and over. Totally not worth your time. Beware, you can price match anywhere and get way better customer service.    Read moreI called into Home Depot store #504 today at 2:37pm. I was transferred to the tool rental department. I was calling about a a rental van we have of theirs. Weâve had it for a couple weeks because our work truck is in the shop. We have called to check in with them and let them know whatâs going on a couple times a week. The woman who answered the phone was kind of snotty with me as I told her our truck would be done on Monday and we would be returning the van no later than Tuesday afternoon. She told me that was fine. She thought she had hung up the phone and preceded to talk crap about me to one of her associates. She said â Sheâs not going to return the van, sheâs just calling in so we donât call it in as stolen!â I was blown away. I kept saying maâam maâam maâam with no answer. She then hung up on me. I immediately called back was transferred yet again to the tool rental department. The same lady answered the phone again. I told her who I was, she said hi what can I help you with? I then let her know that I was in fact not planning on stealing their vehicle. She was in shock I called back and kept telling me over and over that she was not talking about me that she was talking about somebody else, which clearly she was talking about me. Now sheâs not only calling me a thief, but calling me stupid. Iâve always liked Home Depot for many different reasons. I have never expected any of their employees to talk like this especially about a customer, even if she thought it was behind my back. Not only did one employee Think it was OK to talk like this about a customer in the store openly but another employee engaged in the same conversation. As a result of these two, this Home Depot location will not get another dime of mine after I return the van on Tuesday.    Read moreOrdered and paid for counter top remodel 3/7/21. Was told 30 day installation guarantee. I am home every day so when they called to measure I took time they suggested. Then waited and waited. No word! Then this past Tuesday I get a call that the counters are finally ready to install. They said they could come 3/25 to install. I had all the counters and sink removed yesterday. Everything has been removed from all the lower cabinets and put all over living room and kitchen floors. They came right on time and said there was a problem. He asked who measured for new counters and I told him Homedepot sent their own guy. He said they were measured wrong and have to be recut. So now my kitchen and living room are covered in kitchen cabinet items and I have no sink or counter for a week until they can cut new counters. This is unexceptionable. Horrible! Then to top it off I was charged for 5 rounded corners and only need 3. So even that was wrong! UPDATE Correction to this statement. I though Home-depot had sent the person to measure. I found out that the countertop people were the ones that take over from after the sale to finish. So they took over two months to do the job wrong. The counters finally got installed but they are still cut wrong. The installers response was âyou canât really tell unless you look for the errorâ. One end hangs over the end by one inch and the other side hangs over by two inches. The only way to fix this was to tear it out and try to cut it for the third time. The GUARANTEE 30 day install already took over two months. I didnât want to go through it anymore. Never did see the $50 gift card for guaranteed 30 day offer.
