So, we moved to the area last year, and we have always been pretty big on chipotle. This is the closest location to our house and we probably go once a week on average. For the first half of the past year, it was great! We definitely got to know some friendly faces behind the counter, and sure sometimes it wouldn’t be magical but overall it was a great chipotle.
Now the latter half of the past year has been going downhill, ESPECIALLY the past couple months. There’s been a lot of turnover, which happens, but there is an increasing lack of friendliness and professionalism. Some of our worst highlights include, but are not limited to:

Read moreI went in for lunch today, I ordered a bowl and a kids meal, when I wanted an exercise of beans that I knew I had to pay for they tried to deny that I can get the side of beans for whatever reason and explained that I will pay extra for it that is not a problem, I told this to the first person who helped me (she also had an attitude) another person farther down the line seeing her give me an extra side of beans told the first person that I cannot have the extra side, and that person had to explain to this person that I am going to pay extra for it, truly what has happened to this company, they are incredibly stingy from their portion sizes to not wanting to give me an extra side of beans, even though I was going to pay for it, the customer service is horrific, I used to work for chipotle and it was an amazing company and place to work for now this they has taken a sharp decline in quality and service, I used to come here all of the time probably once or twice a week, now I’m coming probably every six months if that’s and I’m constantly reminded why I stopped coming. Read moreI went in to place my order to go and the lady (who says she is the lead) asked what I wanted, I tried to order a quesadilla and she said "we are not taking orders for quesadilla's unless they are online orders" so I asked her if she expected me to step aside to go online and place the order instead of ordering right then and she said yes and refused to take my order, her attitude was terrible so I asked if a manager was available. She said yes and that she was also the crew lead and stepped away to call the manager and lie to tell him/her that she told me orders for quesadillas need to be done online but that she offered to take my order. As she was talking to person on the phone another staff member helped me and made the quesadilla for me and said she didn't understand why she couldn't take my order. First off if this is the policy that you can go in person to order anything on the menu except for a quesadilla that is insane, you can go inside and order anything else and pay cash if you want but if you want a quesadilla you need to submit your order online and can only pay with a credit...
