FAILURE JIOVANNE ! That was my server when I came here to get a drive through breakfast. Little did I know the JIOVANNE on the other side of the speaker was the most rude and obnoxious person I had ever come across ! Apparently inquiring what the sides were to much of a task for her and I was taking up too much of her time. Despite it being 641am in the morning and with no other cars behind me. The tone and her shouting responses were more than enough to try the patience of the most understanding individuals. She knew exactly what she was doing because she didn't give me my receipt. Imagine I had to park up, walk back inside ask for it and wait some more to see what I paid for. I mean, through all that shouting at the drive through, who knows what transpired on my bill. So another 5 minutes of my day lost thanks to Jack in the Box. I hope her manager has a few words with her regarding customer service. Read moreI actually worked at a Jack in the Box (#8413) over 30 years ago. That being said, my wife and I visited this store on a Friday night. There were 2 cars already in the drive thru when we got there. It took, I kid you not, 30 minutes just to get to the window. 35 minutes for the whole transaction. I actually actively was looking for a way to get out of the drive thru. If we were in my truck, I would not be writing this.... but to be held hostage in a drive thru - not acceptable.
If we took that long moving cars thru the drive through when I worked for JNTB? We'd have been fired or severely retrained... We will not visit this location again in the future.
The order was at least accurate. Food was lukewarm. The place was not busy or going through a dinner rush at the time of our visit. Maybe someone was being trained, but even then there are certain expectations on the "3 minute service window" to have the customer served, serviced, satisfied and gone. This location...
Read moreI walked to this location as I drive a 70ft long Semi truck and finished loading a block away. Your public info states dine- in. The lobby doors are locked , I walked around to the drive thru window and stood a good distance away across from the window to wait to ask 1 why was the lobby closed and 2 to order as a walk up truck driver and was completely ignored by the staff. I want to remind you that if not for truck drivers you would be closed and it is hard enough just trying to find a place to eat to begin with. I will be sharing this experience with all 5000 plus friends and close to 8000 followers on social media. You might want to at least post a sign on your entrance doors it's drive thru only no lobby service and fix your relevant public listing to show drive thru only.
