It took 20 minutes for 3 drinks.....$13.41 for drinks at that! One slush was missing nerds. The worker took the slush back, dumped a bunch of nerds on top and brought it back. I was now running late for an appointment so we left trusting it was correct. IT WAS HORRIBLE. It tasted sour. I don't like to send food back. I don't trust it. A strawberry limeade slush NEVER tasted this bad đ!
I immediately called to inform the manager. She was actually the person who brought us our order. She apologized for the delay and mishap, stating that they were short staffed with 4 employees. She offered to fix the order, however I was now running late heading to my meeting. I mentioned I was just passing through and I live more than 30 minutes from that location. She took my name down and offered to remake them whenever I'm in the area again đ¤. I respect her efforts however, based on the experience and distance, I most likely will not return.
I'm a business owner, but have been a manager, employee, and customer at some point in my lifetime......short staffed should NEVER compromise quality or customer service. I've worked in fast food before and have a ton of respect for these workers. I understand when teammates don't show up...it makes it harder on everyone đ!    Read moreTicket #480, We arrived around 9:50pm at #1 station, and placed the order in the app at 10pm. We then checked in. We only ordered 2 drinks and Ice cream. Around 10:10pm, they turned off all the lights even though the app said they closes at 11:00. That is fine, other cars were there.
Around 11:15, we got the message on the order station that "Izzy is bringing out our order". We were 1 of 3 cars out there. 10 mins later, we were still waiting. I pressed the talk button, and was told that they were closed. I responded that I have not received my order. "They will check on it" he said, but I could see that they were cleaning and dancing.
10 mins later we were the last car, and I could see that they noticed my big blue truck, in the dark at #1 station, but no one asked to help us. What happened to the customer service? Now I was angry. So I got out and knock on the door. No one answered. But I could see them counting money and cleaning. I knocked on window more stern, then a slender African American girl opened the door to say that they are closed. I explained my situation, then the manager came out to say they are closed! He had the audacity to say, "you want me to make it extraaa dirty?" with a disgusting, sexual undertone. I immediately called him out on his repulsive behavior, and he had the nerve to ask, "so you don't want it dirty?" I had to clarify that I wanted it dirty, but not in the revolting manner he insinuated.
This isn't just about meâit's about every woman who walks into that establishment! His attempt to make his voice deep and seductive is utterly intolerable and disrespectful.
