Love that a local breakfast spot like this opened up near our area, especially because their food is really good. My wife and I particularly like their vanilla cream donuts and breakfast tacos, which are made fresh to order. Unfortunately, the service leaves a little something to be desired. It always feels like we're inconveniencing them when we get to the window, as the employees are short and quite abrupt. A little polite customer service goes a long way. Plus, a HUGE issue is the wait in the drive-thru. They obviously don't have the capacity to handle the business, and it seems to take about 5 minutes per car (or longer). It's not uncommon to wait 20 minutes behind several cars so prepare to wait! Unfortunately, we've left the line a few times because it would just take too long so I wonder how much business they've lost due to this. My recommendation to the operators? Good thing about this place is the breakfast tacos are decent. However they are way to over priced for the quality . Everything is microwaved and the price is doesn’ different every time and I order the same exact thing. My advice would be to add everything up on your calculator at the big menu and then add the tax . You won’t receive an itemized receipt like at chic-fil-A for example. If you ask for a receipt it’s just a bunch of numbers that don’t make sense . I paid $14 for two tacos . The tacos are pretty big but they only give you 1 tiny salsa cup cup per taco . It’s the bite size salsa . Then they want .25 cents per cup after that and they only fill the cup half way … crazy . I guess my issue is that for $7 a taco salsa should come with it .
