Let me start by saying that I'm a fan of marcos. We have a huge family and usually spend about $100 on pizza each week. We have ordered from the Parmer store for years and have never had an issue. We've moved and for the last several months have ordered from the university store and have been consistently disappointed. After last night I will NEVER ORDER FROM THIS STORE AGAIN. I called in my order vs placing it online, because online doesn't allow me to add/subtract ingredients. I ordered 3 pizza bowls, a calzone and 4 pizzas. 1 Philly cheesecake bowl, 1 Buffalo chicken bowl and 1 DELUXE BOWL W EXTRA SAUCE AND LITE CHEESE. Below are the pictures of the pizza bowls. Literally dry and NO SAUCE. The pizzas and Calzone was fine, but all 3 bowls had to be re- sauced by us,before they were edible. I called the store, thinking that they could simply remake them and we would pick up again, but I was met w disrespectful and inadequate customer service. I called and a guy answered w his name and asking how he could help me. I asked to speak to the manager, he put me on Hold while he gets the mgr. completely respectful and normal. The same guy came back to the phone and was suddenly claiming to be the mgr. I asked him how he was all of a sudden the mgr when he told me seconds before that he was getting the mgr for me- he then starts laughing and says that he's the " mgr in training" I asked again to speak to the actual mgr not one who's in training. I'm again put on hold and a lady answers the phone" can I help you" I ask " hi, are you the mgr" she asks again " can I help you" I ask " I'm sorry I didn't get your name " she then Literally says to me"IM NOT GIVING YOU MY NAME, I DON'T EVEN KNOW WHO YOU ARE OR WHY YOU'RE CALLING" . I never got to speak to an actual mgr but at this point I'm not sure if that would do any good, especially if the mgr is the one who trains their staff to treat customers this way. After calling multiply stores I ended back at this one. So of course at this point I am frustrated and like can someone help me figure out what store is closer. I hear the manager in background saying we do not deliver to Louis a henna, tell her to call some other one. So I am like where is customer service, can your manager be a manager and help me figure out which store is closer so I can place my order. Of course Elaine da manager is offended and gets attitude.. Then gets on the phone to basically say we are all franchise stores we don't communicate with each other, I don't have their number and we don't deliver to you so use door dash or Uber or something. I stated I did not want to use them. She then says well we don't deliver to you and I am hanging up now. Ok. Bye.
I started to waste my time and class on the classless manager but knew she wasn't worth my energy. Just another person in a position of leadership with no skills, class and certainly NO CUSTOMER SERVICE TRAINING.. FRANCHISE OR NOT TRY TO DO BETTER. THE MARCO IN GEORGETOWN HAS GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE BUT I WORK IN ROUND ROCK..
TRY UBER OR DOOR DASH SHE SAY.. NAW HOW ABOUT I TRY ANOTHER PLACE OF BUSINESS WHO WILL APPRECIATE MY FUNDS AND HAVE BETTER CUSTOMER SERVICE!!

First off the store off of 581 university Blvd round rock tx 78665 customer service is super poor like tonight I called and tried ordering what I always order. which is one large specialty pizza but I get two different specialty pizzas styles on one pizza never been a problem before until tonight. so I huge up and called papa johns instead because they let you do that to there pizzas pretty sad when that your number one competitor. Also the last time I called witch was like last week because I order pizza once a week they told me they couldn't deliver to me anymore but they deliver to me all the time. They told me I'm outside of their delivery area.so they had me call the Austin store and I live in round rock....? So when I called the Austin store they said they only travel 5 miles and they're 7.6 miles away for me so they won't deliver to me also so yet again I called papa johns and I don't want papa johns I want Marcos pizza. But the store I usally order from is 4.6 miles from me witch is 581 university Blvd round rock tx 78665 won't deliver to me either so Marcos has some things they need to figure out before I ever go back thanks for pushing me back to papa johns amiercans #1 pizza for areason they will do anything to make there customers happy unlike...
