The food was mostly fine I had french fries small that war not as good as usually but not everyone has a great day everyday. The broker the Sonic General Deluxe was quite nice. Unfortunately they got my limeade incorrect I kept asking for one type of drink and she kept insisting they only did the two other types so I ended up getting not what I wanted. Once we met in person and she brought over there incorrect ring we were able to ascertain that it was because the speaker at that Sonic has a history of trouble and it was hard for her to understand what I was saying not her fault. Because if the equipment isn't updated by corporate and the owners of the store that's not an hourly workers responsibility to learn how to fix the speaker system and she can basically only do the best you can under the circumstances. The neat thing was she tried to make it right by insisting on bringing the other breath words to substitute the mistake and Strawberry Limeade with the type that I wanted. Kept saying no to the waste of your resources it's okay and she offered again two more times and in the end she said I think you will enjoy it better since it's what you wanted which is exactly what I say when I was in waitressing many many years ago. So she won't be over on her hard work and trying to get this customer satisfied and that brings it back up to a 4-star. Read moreI drive past this sonic literally at least twice a day. And have for the last two years. I love sonic drinks - so much. After 6-8 months of going there on a VERY frequent basis and having to wait 15-20 minutes for 1-2 drinks, I gave up. I gave them another chance about a year ago and would order food and never got what I actually ordered and would take 20-25 minutes. So I gave up on them again. Was craving a Sonic drink today so stopped by to order one Ocean Water. After the screen said the order was on its way to me, I waited 10 more minutes. Then saw 2 different employees walk out with 2 drinks each going to their cars. Then I decided to press the button to ask where my drink was since it’s been 10 minutes since it “was on its way” to my car. I asked what was taking them so long and they said their drink machine is broken. Even if the employees leaving had two drinks each from earlier in their shift, there’s literally no way you would allow your drink machine at SONIC to just “not work” AND if that was the case, do you not think to maybe tell me when I order or once I am sitting here waiting 15 minutes for a single drink as that was the only thing I ordered ?

Read moreI ordered a burger, chili cheese tots, and a slush on the app. I pulled up into the lane and checked in. It took a while for the order to process and when the screen indicated that a crew member would bring my food, they never did. I had to press the button, wait about five minutes, finally spoke with a crew member and they said they would start working on my order. It took 27 minutes from the time I submitted the order via the app to food in hand, and they didn’t even make my order right. I asked the crew member why the hold up and she said my ticket was lost. So, no one bothered to check on me and the cars on both sides in the stalls are coming and going. I asked to speak to the manager, the crew member went back in and about three minutes later, came out and let me know that the manager is “super backed up with tickets” and will talk to me “if they happen to have time.” I asked for the managers name and the crew member told me she couldn’t provide that because it’s “personal information.” The crew member didn’t have a name tag on and when I asked for her name, she said she couldn’t provide that, either. By the time I actually arrived home to eat the food, the order wasn’t made to specifications and the burger was burnt.
