A great big thank you to Teapioca Lounge for sponsoring our event and making sure everything was ready for pick-up on our big day. As a student at the University of Texas at Austin, I was representing an organization on campus known as Taiwanese American Student Association as my team of officers and I held our largest event of the year known as Night Market on October 21st for anyone who wanted to come. We reached out to Teapioca Lounge at the prospect of any drinks that they could provide to us to help make the event a success, and in return, they were able to sponsor us with 500 drinks as well as 500 BOGO vouchers for the event. On the day of the event as our officers arrived to pick up the drinks, everything was neatly organized into five different coolers with five different flavors: Cream black blastea, grapefruit green tea blastea, mango green tea, strawberry lemonade with strawberry busters and taro creamblast. This allowed for our transportation of these drinks to be done with much ease. In addition, I wanted to especially thank the staff and management of Teapioca Lounge for streamlining this process, being very accommodating, and for the excellent communication throughout us working with them. The drinks were the talk of the event and a major plus to the night as the audience browsed the event and watched the performances. We saw an excellent turnout of about 2000 students who stopped by this year! We had such a good experience working with Teapioca Lounge and hope we will able to work with them...

This review is for the online ordering process in particular. At other locations I place my order online before coming into the store to limit the wait time inside. On this occasion, I placed my order five minutes before going in. After waiting inside for a minute I noticed they had just prepared the same type of drink that I had ordered. It was sitting behind the counter they use to prepare drinks. I didn’t think it was mine, because I figured, like the other stores, they would call out the name on the drink. But they did not. They kept looking at the label and then setting it back down behind the counter. When the line at the register had cleared out, I went up and asked about my order. I gave him my name and he went over to the drink that had been sitting there for 10 minutes and gave it to me.
Normally I would not be frustrated by this, but I don’t understand why multiple employees just looked at the drink but did nothing with it. I was definitely not the only online order as others had come in and not gone to register before picking up their drinks. The ordering process online should have made going into the store faster but I was actually slower than people who ordered in...
Read moreLove this place! Below is my [long-ish, but to the point] review of both the place and their product ⬇️😁👍
Establishment: Employees have always provided great, timely service & they always earn a tip from me when I go in 💯 I see people in there using their laptops on Teapioca's wifi quite often and they even have a cool little touch screen table to play games on. Most important for me is that they stay open till 11 PM and have a small patio area so I can hang out with my furbaby!! LOVE THAT.
Product: My usual order is a large taro cream blastea with double boba and the egg pudding (the yellow stuff), I 110% recommend. I love the level of sweetness in their taro flavor as it doesn't taste like a diabetes diagnosis AND their boba is always on point both in flavor as well as consistancy. Egg pudding fills the large cup nicely (which is huge btw... oz.) because double boba isn't enough snack-age in my bevy IMO. This comes out to about $9.30.
They also have tiny boba which I like to get when I order a regular size. I cant remember the price for regular size but I think it was around about $5... so they are fairly priced.
Teapioca is my bottom b×tch here in Round Rock for boba 👸👅🥇 hope...
