I am thrilled to share my experience with Karmin’s exceptional service at the Kabab shop. From the moment I walked in, she went above and beyond to create a welcoming and enjoyable environment. I first tried the Pflugerville location and was thoroughly impressed and excited to try TKS again. I went to the Round Rock location after ordering online. Big mistake! First, what I ordered online is not what I received nor what they had on the order. Regardless of who's fault, I couldn't eat it due to dietary restrictions. I asked the team at the RR location if they could remake it the way I intended it to be. The cashier was more concerned with arguing with me about the ordering than trying to help me correct it. When I say arguing, I mean that even though I explained to her the circumstances, she was bent on trying to prove to me that I was in the wrong. After her not listening to me, nor trying to even understand, and continued to make her condescending comments no less than four times, I finally just had to tell her I won't be ordering from here again. Now, with that being said, the gentleman preparing the order, was kind and made sure that the order was made correctly and that I was satisfied with it. I did mark atmosphere as low because I was made to feel uncomfortable by the cashier and her undying mission to prove me wrong. I will try TKS again, but not...

I love this place! Ever since they opened they’ve almost always had Great people working! Very Nice Friendly Professional! Rarely have I had poor service! I get either late lunch or dinner, & Dine in or Take out. I LOVE their Cilantro Lime sauce & Greek Yogurt sauce! 😋😍🤩 SOOOOO Good! Almost always get the Chicken Doner Bowl “Salad” with All the fixings on Saffron rice! YUMMMM! Delish!! I usually have Leftovers because it’s large! So glad you have one in Round Rock centrally located!

Update: 2024 - their system of points has changed & Im VERY Frustrated that I KEEP LOSING POINTS for no reason. One of the managers told me a few months ago that their point system changed. Very FRUSTRATING! It makes me Not want to go here even though I love their food & customer service! Karim TWICE has helped me figure out points & so has a manager. But Why should they have to? The system needs to go back to the way it was. I loved buying meals & eventually getting the $10 off the next meal! When I get to 85-95-107 points & then lose them, to just under 100 points! Argh!...
