Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Rowlett

You want to stay far away from this Little Caesars pizza I placed a order for a pepperoni pizza & crazy bread I payed 11.50 cash then $1.00 on my debit card card because my total was $12.50 the worker who took my order said I owed 5 dollars.60 cents which was incorrect the women behind me who placed a order after me told the worker no he gave you 10.50 & payed a dollar on his debit card & the worker still didn't get it. so I'm waiting on my order 10 min passes then 40 min rolls by & I still didn't get my order after 7 people that ordered after me got there orders and I was still waiting for my order so I bring it to the workers attention & says I ordered wings when I only ordered a pepperoni pizza & crazy bread then again I basically get brushed off then when I brought it to the managers attention of what was going on she cops a attitude & was very rude towards me then goes off in the back acts like she was looking for my order but pushing out others people's orders & disregarded me when I told the manager I wanted a refund she tried giving me 5 dollars & some change back & I told her that was incorrect she copped a attitude with me & was very rude saying I just got here which was a lie because I wear a body camera that recorded everything which she was present in the store. so when my mom asked for the owners name the manager was rude and was being smart disrespectful towards my mom & dismissed her & refused to give the information to my mom because the manager will give a customer service number which it's hard to get ahold of somebody and they figure people will give up so nothing will be done towards that person but unfortunately we was able to get a hold of little Caesars customer service and we know who the manager's boss is now. but my problem is we had to be inconvenienced wait 40 min just to get a pepperoni pizza crazy bread & treated very rudely by the manager like this was our fault in my opinion this manager needs to be fired she is a manager plus she is representing this company & her attitude being rude was very unprofessional where it makes Little Caesars look bad as a company. you would figure you guys would want to bring in business in not lose business from your customers at Little Caesars really this managers behaviour & how she acted you lost our business & loss money over the situation that took place with this manager & how we was treated at this Little Caesars Store In all do respect if you guys at Little Caesars didn't have customers you guys wouldn't have a business or get a paycheck without customers buying your products. so with this situation I hope you fire this manager because your losing revenue from customers in your store. I am appalled upset how I was treated by this manager and how my mom was treated by this manager is unacceptable to be treated this way and I really hope that you guys do something about this with this manager Because actions speak louder than words you can say that you're going to do something about it but if you don't take action and do something about it then it'll never change and you'll keep losing people's business because of...

WATCH OUT! Despite TV ads, the menu, and 4 different IN STORE ads, the $7.99 thin crust single topping (pepperoni) pizza is charged at $8.99. Same price as the 3-meat pizza. When confronted the employees simply shrug and say 'I dunno' with no effort to make good on the ad not 2 feet from them as well as on the menu. Further, despite the grab-n-go being empty, the employees are seemingly agitated by anyone needing to order in person. If you advertise $7.99, charge me $7.99... it's pretty doggone simple.

THE FOOD? The '3 Meat Treat' was doughy, undercooked, and had almost no sauce. It's definitely filling and will feed 3-4 adults cheaply, but its no treat. The thin crust was also undercooked, not at all crispy. The crust was more like a stale, hard-ish flour tortilla. It also wasn't cut so we had to do that ourselves.

Little Caesars advertised business model seems great but this place fails to execute on a single aspect. If I'm going to get crappy pizza from rude incompetent people, I'd much rather go to Cicis. The price (value) is better, the pizza is better, the people are competent, and I can get a salad.

The only reason for the high 2 star rating (instead of the single star they deserve) is the potential for the '3 Meat Treat' to be a good value for a small family because it's only $8.99 and it is filling. Just make sure it's cooked.

And yes, in some ads the $7.99 is from 4-8pm. I was there at 4:30. Nevertheless, the time constraint is not on any ad or...

I'd leave a zero if I could. I just had an interesting visit here, Nov 8th, 430pm. I picked up a pizza and asked if they could punch my Hot N Ready Rewards card. I had 9 punches on it already and the next would be # 10, which awards a free pizza on the next visit. They said the card had expired in Dec 2020. I acknowledged that and told them when they gave me this card earlier this year, 2022, they said it didn't matter as that was all they had. I then explained I had been here 9 times this year with no problems. Now all of a sudden, they won't except it. Then a female employee said she worked here for 3 years and has never seen a punch card. I said I've gone thru 4 cards in that time, so that's hard to believe. I asked for the manager and it happened to be the guy who initially helped me but he didn't seem to know what was going on, so he was asking other employees. He said again they won't honor this card. They had terrible customer service skills. They were inept, dishonest, and the manager was particularly smug when I was leaving as well.
