Decided to go here on date night (When you have two kids, these nights become abnormally special to you) and upon entering there was no one at the front desk. We started looking over the festive looking drinks that they have on display talking about which one we were going to order. Finally someone comes along and tells us she needs to go see if a table is available (The place was nearly empty) and disappears for 2-3 minutes before coming back and seating us. Then we had a waitress come up and ask if we would like some drinks, we both knew which specialty drink we were going to order when the waitress asked for our IDs. Coincidentally my ID had JUST expired a few days ago (I have a full blown beard and mustache, and don't look a day under 35) so I was told I needed the managers "approval" after sitting there for 5 minutes I was told I couldn't be served due to an expired ID...from a manager who couldn't even be bothered to walk over to our table and glance at my face to see if I was "under 21". Realizing we just wasted 15 minutes and didn't even have a drink in an empty restaurant we immediately got up and left. I then went to the liquor store and bought 2 bottles of liquor without being asked for my ID, then ate at a very nice BYOB down the street and was served my liquor without being asked for my ID.
It's a shame too, because we tip really well. Next time don't treat adults...
Read moreUpdate April 11th 2022 : I am very sad to write this review 😢. We had a very horrible experience here going to this Red Lobster after 11 months. Our sons birthday and we ordered for me the same food I have been ordering for 14 years now shrimp Linguine Alfredo pasta with grilled chicken inside and my spouse ordered her Seafood Linguine Alfredo pasta with shrimps and other sea food inside both had most nauseating smell like the seafood was rotten. I want to be most honest possible the experience was not pleasant nor good at all they have new management I believe and they did not show any sympathy whatsoever for the child whose birthday it was they had a very young person who said he was the supervisor for the kitchen. We are very disappointed and very not pleased with the services provided. Basically ended up not eating anything waited for an hour for the food that was replaced with another rotten platter with more nauseating smell my spouse is platter in the other hand had raw shrimps undercooked she ended up in the ladies room the entire night when we even got home. One hour drive to the restaurant and one hour back home one hour wait time for the food. I personally will Highly not recommend this Red Lobster to anyone.

Read moreBefore Covid, this specific location was always on point. Fast, easy, inexpensive local seafood without any of the fuss. Sierra is an excellent waitress that focuses on details, and makes sure you get the best every time - I would go out of my way to call ahead of time to see if she was working, because I genuinely enjoyed her company, and also because that's how good she is. Now it's a hit or miss. The other night was a HUGE miss! I got a whole 2lb lobster with a side salad for pickup. The lobster was raw. When I say raw, I mean, so raw that when I finally got the claws open, both sides slid out, one was still goey from being raw. The tail was so raw that it was still the translucent gray with a translucent pink at the 'ribcage' of the lobster, and the claws shells were mostly black still. I had to deshell the entire thing - which is 10x harder when the shell isn't cooked properly, and then cook it myself. Once it was done, it tasted great, but this is a serious health code issue, and for the price I shouldn't have had to cook my own food after working 12 hours. Had I not known any better - I would have tried to eat the lobster, and could have become extremely ill. I called to let them know, but I have no idea if she told them or not. Just thought since this is a franchise, that the owner...
