Panda Express — Restaurant in Roxbury Township

Went in a little worried there was going to be a crowd since this place just opened up. It was a little busy but I was in and out in under 10 minutes it was amazing! Staff is super helpful and nice and the steak and shrimp is delicious! Tastes like the shrimp was freshly grilled or something because there was a good char on it. Will be heading there again tonight for dinner because I convinced my boyfriend to try the steak and shrimp too. It’s been YEARS since I’ve eaten Panda Express and having one close by to me is amazing. Food tastes just as great as I remembered. Probably even better. For anyone who’s never had Panda Express, all I can say is that it’s less “greasy” than your traditional Chinese takeout. Not sure if that makes sense but that’s how I would describe it. But the food there is great. You’ll definitely find something there you’ll end up liking. Good selection with having Panda Express, Starbucks, and five guys right next to each other. On the weekends it's fine. Everything's fresh because they're busy, but I just sampled the Beijing beef because it's a weekday and it was hard as hell, no one looked interested in making more so I walked out hungry. Honestly if you aren't selling enough just make 2 orders and after an hour or 2 throw it out you know? No reason to make a whole bunch and let it sit so when a hungry customer walks in the foods old and not the quality you expect from a 10 dollar meal. If you fix that I'd be there so often but since the weekdays are reliably bad with letting food sit I don't even want to try anymore. I'd love to give it a good rating because when it's busy it's delicious but serving out food that's been sitting and is no longer even good I can't give more than this. Maybe if there's a way to figure out making it on the fly easier for you it'll work out better than letting food sit in the window for hours and being ok with serving it out anyway. I'd rather wait 10 minutes than get served soggy...

The service is horrible, Kamara is her name very rude , unpleasant looks like she hates working there and I placed a mobile order In my mobile order I order white rice , another girl working there said I’m going to toss the white rice it doesn’t look or smell good, she tosses it & i simply asked hey to karmara I order white rice too is it from that batch or another she was like what ? What do I mean ? I thought what I said was common sense but I guess not, she proceededs to say nothing , then she went to speak with another girl there saying hey is it good or should I change it , then they proceeded to say oh it good it’s good. So then I asked do you guys carry two batches of white rice or is it only just the one ? She didn’t understand that either. Why work in a costumer service business if you hate speaking or talking.
