I have been procrastinating about writing this review. Now before I delve into this, I’d like to first point out that we do not have the option with selecting a different establishment to make a comparison when it comes to the many many concerns that continue to plaque this particular establishment. As with most busy households, we all have become accustomed with how easy our society can get overwhelmed with the burden of everyday life. Whatever the burden may be, we all have our own. We get so wrapped up with never having enough time. Especially with time always being in short demand. So sometimes we opt for the easier solution of having our meals prepared and brought to us so we can squeeze in that little extra time we all so desperately are in need of. For our family, our go to choice of establishments to use to help aid us in our burden of endeavors is this Dominoes Pizza. Since May of 2018, we moved into the area that this establishment covers. Naturally as I’m sure most of us when we move, we sometimes have pizza delivered so that we can continue getting everything packed in. Like I said, I’ve procrastinated this review, but here goes. The very first time we made an order with the Roy Dominoes, our order took almost two hours to arrive. When it did arrive, My order was cold, the pizzas were smashed into the boxes, I didn’t get the chocolate deserts, and finally, the special instructions we completely ignored. I figured hey, “it was a busy night, everyone has a bad day.” Right? Well, the time came to order again, which we did. And my order was botched. As with the last order nothing was followed with the special instructions. Why is there on option to choose it, if you’re not going to read and follow it? Remember, this happens at the very minimum once a month. Im sure if I were to not follow through with the instructions of payment upon arrival, the situation would be very different. Well tonight’s order was the very last time I’m going to deal with the incompetence and the lack of supervision along with the manager never following up with the me upon request to do so. It’s kind of sad knowing and seeing that a frequent customer can be ignored and continued to be disappointed to the point that we cannot return. All we know is that we have tried to communicate the errors without the demands fro free stuff, to which we never will. If we can’t get what we ordered right the first time, what makes it any better getting the same messed up things for free? That doesnt make the situation better. Stop ordering from them all together and leave a review and telling the ones you choose to be around about it will sting a lot worse in the long run than handing out orders that are going to continue to be messed up. Read moreTonight we ordered 3 pizzas. After a hour of waiting I called to check on we're the order was at. They said the driver was still out delivering it and they politely asked me to call back in 15 minutes if it had not shown up. I agreed and hung up. At this point I had already received a text from the store that the order was out for delivery by Tiffani. That was 35 minutes before I called the first time. Being that the weather was bad I gave them another full 30 minutes instead of 15 minutes before calling back the second time. I called them back after waiting to see if my pizza was on the way still and to notify them that there tracker had said my order was delivered which it had not been delivered. A employee by the name Aspen answered put me on hold while she tried to get a hold of the driver. A few minutes later she told me that the first driver said she could not find the address and that they sent a second drive out and he claimed the same thing. I reminded her that this could not be true and that they have delivered to my home before several times without a problem. She continued to give me excuse on why it was not delivered which was they tried to call me and no one would answer the phone. Again I reminded them I had already received text from them that night and that my phone was working perfectly fine along with this was the second time I had called them in the last hour. At this point I was done trying to get my orders delivered to me (my house is less than 3 miles from the store.) I asked her to cancel my order. She replied with a (yelling)FINE AND HAVE A GOOD NIGHT! At that point she hung up on me with no confirmation that my orders had been cancelled. I called them right back and was left on hold for several minutes. The girl claiming to be Aspen answered the phone again with I TOLD YOU GOOD NIGHT! I asked to speak to the manager. Aspen told me the manger (Mike) was to busy to come to the phones and that she would not be getting him.
WOW never have I ever had someone so rude answering calls when they clearly were not doing there jobs and then to refuse to allow me to speak with the manager. Will never be ordering from Domino's again. These employees should be fired. I would be embarrassed if I owned the store. After waiting two hours for a delivery and no communication from them that they were attempting to deliver it is just pour ownership...
Read moreNormally at this location service is wonderful but TONIGHT is was a very different story. Upon arrival for my order the store looked like TOTAL chaos to say the least. It looked extremely UNorganized with several employees basically standing around doing nothing but chatting. It looked like no organization was taking place with NO management happening to make it run more organized. To be fair, this evening, there was a special going on with alot of orders pouring in but the organizational skills of whomever was in charge was NOT apparent. I did get my order in the time that was stipulated on my order but when receiving it, it was NOT made correctly. Although, the employee at the counter did offer to remake the order, I chose not to since it would have been another 30-40 minutes I was told. He did apologize for the error but I feel with proper management of the employees this may not have happened. There were several others who came into the store while I was waiting with their orders either also made wrong or was NOT ready as promised on their order slip(s) which a person could tell made several patrons UNset. It appeared to me that most of the employees working tonight was Extremely Overwhelmed with how busy it was and with the amount of orders coming in to be filled. I feel a large portion of this could have been avoided with PROPER management of the employees by whomever was the manager on shift which to me was NOT apparent on whom it was supposed to be. Very disappointing at this location this evening and I feel I will most probably NOT use this location on weekends during rush hour when the company has a great special in effect.
