I'm giving Bread 3 starts because I absolutely love their bread! Their sourdough options are amazing and they make them with a natural starter (which we're obsessed with). I recommend plain sourdough, the olive loaf, and the rosemary potato loaf. Seriously...this bread will change your life. But, I have to call out the negative...their sanitary practices during COVID season are disappointing. I stop by the bakery bi-weekly to pick up bread for my family and my parent, and I've noticed the bread making staff (some of them, not all...but we're all in this together, right?) with their masks below their nose, touching their masks just before touching the bread again, eating near the product, using their gloves to touch the bread, then take credit cards from customers. They don't seem to care very much about sanitation, even though they make it a point to tell you they're wearing masks (something they didn't start using until months after the pandemic started). I've called the manager previously to make her aware of what I was seeing, and she said she would talk to her staff...but I haven't...

This is a great bakery, however I recently had to update my rating because of my observations and then getting sick the next day. NUMEROUS TIMES, I OBSERVED TWO CASHIERS GO BETWEEN HANDLING COOKIES, SANDWICHES, WHILE TOUCHING THE TOUCH SCREEN WITH THEIR SANITARY GLOVES ON AND THEN HANDLING THE FOOD AGAIN. not sure why this is all in caps because I'm doing voice to text, but I'm not retyping it :-) Take my word for this review, please fix your training, and I will come back. I generally give all places five stars unless I see something really...
Read more11/12/23: Came here on a Sunday. Got cherry danish, almond raspberry danish, blueberry muffin, italian sub, some pecan roll thingy, vanilla bean cheesecake. The cheesecake was the best of the bunch; really smooth and creamy. The cherry danish was also great. The other danish was just okay; too much nuts, not enough jelly. Same with the pecan roll thingy. Blueberry muffin was good as well; loved the actual blueberries inside, but the crunchy sugar on top is unnecessary IMO. The sub was good, but I think they put a mayo on it... or maybe it was a garlic aioli sauce? It wasn't bad, just not for me. Service was attentive and polite, but nothing out of the ordinary. I will return for the cheesecake; maybe try some bread as they looked pretty good(and baking good bread myself is such...
