Normally a pretty good place but the main girl that works cuts the top bread way too thin and when I said something the other girl says “if it’s not a big deal why even say something.” Well because your job is to make sandwiches and your not very good at it. All of the men working are respectful and build a “subway fresh sandwich”. The females have a bad Attitude and need to work on there skills. As you can see in the picture my sad witch is falling apart.

Third car pulls up and we inform them of the situation. Hire those who understand the difference between business hours and work shifts.

11 mile rd Royal Oak Subway is a pathetic joke, one of the workers was slamming things repeatedly, and seemed very unhappy to serve me because I asked for a steak and cheese and he had to go back and get more steak, I thought maybe it was just a mistake, as he first sighed and huffed and puffed as he walked away, but after it happened again and again and when he came to the front to serve me, another slamming of the container onto its holding spot, I had had enough and told him if "he was unhappy then he needs to find a different place to work" then I was told by the other worker, " to chill out that he's just a kid ". So let me get this right your coworker is slamming things left and right and I'm the one that's asked to chill out? Lol, it was absolutely ridiculous I'll never go...

Employee was very rude, she had an attitude about everything I asked for, and I asked for extra cheese on my sub and she was very snippy to say "I have to charge you double for that" and I said that's fine and she gave me MAYBE a few more pinches of cheese, if you are going to charge me double at least give me more cheese???? She was texting while ringing me up and looked very annoyed the whole time we were there. The bathroom door didn't lock, they were out of the chicken for the sub I originally wanted, she put my tuna on frozen flat bread, the drinks were all warm in the pop machine and they had no ice to even make them cold. I will not be returning to this subway and that employee needs to be fired or get an...

I like the 11 Mile Road Subway in Royal Oak. It is my fourth or fifth lifetime Subway destination. Today was quiet and the snowfall was beautiful looking out to Camelia's new road sign. Also I appreciate the updates to this Subway franchise location. The food was good 😊 I had the Black Forest Ham instead of one of my usual top 5 subs.
