I posted this today, because 7 days ago I contacted Arbys web page and left this message on the site thru a contact form and I received no reply. This happened at the Royal Palm Beach Arbys. It happened last week. I just read a couple other reviews and I also think they ignore the people that walk in and focus too much on the drive thru.
I walked in and placed my order. I could see( thru a small window) a worker making a sandwich. She reached into a container and pulled out a large piece of romaine lettuce. I could clearly see the lettuce was black and rotten toward the bottom. She just ripped off the rotten part and put the better part on the sandwich. I could just imagine what kind of rotten slime was in that lettuce container and I could imagine it was not fresh. I had ordered a Chicken Cheddar Ranch and after this worker made the supposedly fresh sandwich for a customer, I saw her putting together a Chicken Cheddar. If she had reached in the container for a piece of romaine, I would have canceled my order. Thankfully she put a handful of fresh looking shredded lettuce on this sandwich. She then reached in and pulled out a handful of cheddar cheese and was trying to pull a slice off the top. I could clearly see a couple circles of mold on the bottom of this handful of cheese. She was having a hard time peeling off a slice, and I was about to cancel my order, but she walked away and came back with a new unopended package of cheddar. I was thinking I should probably call the health inspectors, but I decided I would bring this to your attention. If I or my husband had an upset stomach after our meal, I certainly would have callled the health department. I hope someone checks out that location before a...
Read moreI'm sorry to say, that I did not have a pleasant experience at this Arby's location. I use to eat there about 15 years ago and it was nice, but I moved, so I'm rarely in that area anymore. I had a doctor's appointment a week ago and decided to head to this Arby's because it was about 10 minutes NE of where I was coming from. When I arrived it was around 4:00. I headed to the ladies room first. The floor was in desperate need of cleaning and there was no soap. I literally had to put paper towels on the floor, so I could get to the toilet. Thankfully, there was plenty of towels in the dispenser. Then, I ordered my meal & there were only 7 customers there. While I waited, I got my drink and looked around. I found that all of the surfaces in the dining area need a thorough cleaning. They all looked grimey and it looked like they mostly focused on doing just enough floor cleaning to get by. The drink station and the tables didn't look like they had been cleaned very well for a while. When my food was ready, I covered the table with napkins and sat down to eat. The Arby's double roast beef sandwich was cold and the fries seemed like they had been sitting under a lamp for hours. They were luke warm and hard. This meal was such a disappointment, not at all what I remember this place e to be like. The manager was very nice, but the impression I got was that she needed to hire a whole new crew that was not afraid to work hard, take initiative, and work together to make this place a great place to eat once again, like...
Read moreThis Review is directed to the location at:
9970 Belvedere Rd, Royal Palm Beach, FL 33411
On Friday 04FEB22, my colleagues and I stopped in for lunch. We encountered a very miserable customer who was utilizing strong language, interrupting those of us who were attempting to order, all the while addressing her anger at Ms. Alisa, (perhaps spelled Alyssa), demanding and rushing her. Ms. Alysa was making every attempt to accommodate all the customers with patience and professionalism. The female customer was obviously targeting Ms. Alisa and once she exited the restaurant, I apologized to Ms. Alisa on behalf of the abusive female. I would've spoken up on Ms. Alisa's behalf except for the fact that we were wearing company shirts and did not want misrepresent our company.
*It's unbelievable that in this day and age of Covid pandemic, recession, unstable nation, people attacking each other and racism, people still continue to choose hate.
WE NEED MORE "ALISA's" on our planet. Arby's have a "TRAINING FACILITATOR" in the making working behind a counter who should be in a position where new hires can learn about CUSTOMER SERVICE, PATIENCE, CORE VALUES & PROFESSIONALISM from an employee who has dealt with it first hand.
The above said mentioned location has my client loyalty and I have already passed it on and...
