I have given this location a few opportunities, but today was the final straw. Considering the average cost of a drink is around $10 you can customize it how you'd like within reason. At this location, that is not the case! (Even when you ask them to make it regular, it isn't correct.) As previous reviews state, you can not alter the drink the way you prefer, they legitimately will not do it! I placed my order, she looked at me and said, "WE CANNOT DO THAT! HOW? HOW DO WE EVEN DO THAT? WE CAN'T IT'S NEVER BEEN DONE AND WONT BE!!" She sighed, rolled her eyes, and walked off. Her co-worker walked up and said, "No need to be rude to my friend!" What?! I was just placing an order, which I have done dozens of times before. They whispered in their headsets and made the drink, which ended up wrong yet again! When I spoke with the owner, he was nice but did nothing but side with his staff and condone their blatant attitude, not even caring how they treated a customer. I cried in my car because of how I felt they lied to me, saying I was rude, it is not possible, and my order was still not right. They are polite in drive through ordering (Iāve never been inside so couldnāt speak for indoors), and they are always kind when I get my drinks. They donāt take forever, and they greet you. The smoothies are a wonderful consistency. Yeah, itās a bit pricey, but Iāve never ever had a bad smoothie from here. And the customer service is just amazing. The last time I had my husband go through for me, while I was at home sick⦠he brought me back a wonderful smoothie with sweet writings on it, and Iām weird so it cheered me up a lot, it was so kind. Once I was there in person, I got a smoothie that I've had several times at different locations over the years. This time, it tasted pretty watered-down. I am not sure if it is a location issue or if the recipe has changed. I'm not sure. I would have given them another shot, maybe tried something different. But I was so turned off when I paid for my drink. I don't understand the concept of fast-food places asking for tips when you swipe your card at the drive-through.
