The only thing negative that I have to say about Taco Bueno in Royse City Texas is the manager my granddaughter has been working there for months on. She's a senior in high school she works the hour that she is scheduled to work even if some of the hours are late closing hours and go to school. She got a first car and she also picked up a part-time job and the right thing to do was to talk to her manager at Taco Bueno to let her know that she has a part-time job and she can't work there on weekends especially Sundays because that's where she do her part-time work so today her and her manager had communication through text message that again she can't work Sunday because you can't be at two places at one time so the manager replied back to a text that if you don't come in Sunday so you don't have hours there anymore. so me being her grandmother I told her if she don't have hours there anymore after Sunday don't go back anymore. Because there's no rule or crime that said a person can't better their self so that manager is very wrong in my eyes. And this is what I got home with… • bean burrito… with chili sauce • crispy beef taco with only beef & greasy, squished grated cheese… where’s the lettuce?! • cheese………. no chips. what the heck? • THE DRINK WAS CORRECT! Hallelujah.
I was the only one in line in the drive-thru. It didn’t appear there were any patrons inside the business, so I know the employee wasn’t busy. As I pulled up to the window, the employee had to confirm my order (which would usually be absolutely great)… except she told me she had to make sure of what I actually ordered because she was trying to make my order as I was ordering it. So instead of just paying attention and inputting my order in the computer, then making it, she tried to “save time” by doing it as I was ordering. Then got the entire order COMPLETELY WRONG.

Read moreI want to compliment the lady at the front end. She is a workhorse. She was the only one working the front and the drive-thru. She was running all over back and forth. Great job. (She's the lady in the picture filling the ice bucket. ) There were 3 ladies in the back, 2 were working, one the whole time, and one was on her phone most of the time (as seen in the pic). The man spent the first half of my visit standing in the back talking to the 3 ladies while they worked, then was on his phone the rest of the time, with gloves that he later used to serve food. He stepped up front to help one customer, then disappeared leaving the 2nd customer in line waiting. The front-end lady promptly took care of the customer(in between the busy drive-thru) when she realized he had left. Someone needs to recognize the front-end lady!!! She was walking with a limp and had a wrist brace on, but was killing it in the Customer service department!! As for the...
