Arby's — Restaurant in Russellville

Usually a pretty good place to eat. My wife and I eat here for lunch occasionally and generally leave happy. We do have food mess ups more than I'd like, but the manager always gets it fixed on time and is very polite about it. Just check your food and you should be fine. Also, if you order online, your food will not be able to be made if you go through the drive thru before your pickup time, unlike other fast food. I waited 10 minutes when they had no customers just so my 'pickup time' would allow the order to hit their system. I ordered online to get a 3$ coupon at 11am. The staff was very helpful and patience when my 5 year old was taking 3.5 years to name off everything she wanted to eat that they do not serve and to finally make up her mind on the first thing we suggested. Great break from the road with a stop at this Arby's! Counter service by friendly mask wearing (thank you) staff during these COVID times.Very clean restrooms were open for use.
