I was really looking forward to dining here again, especially after the recent reopeningābut unfortunately, my experience left me deeply disappointed.
My friend and I were seated promptly, which gave us hope for a smooth visit. But that was the last positive moment. Despite the restaurant not being particularly busyāit was around noon, with only three tables occupied near usāwe were completely ignored.
There were three staff members working our area and another roaming, yet in the 17 minutes we sat there, not one person acknowledged us. No drink order, no check-in, nothing. We had already looked over the menu and were considering an appetizer because we were both quite hungry. Still, no one approached us.
The final straw came when a serverāwho had passed by us several timesāstopped to ask the table next to us if they needed refills. She didnāt even glance our way. It honestly felt like we were being intentionally overlooked.
We eventually got up and left. Aside from a confused look from the host, no one said a word to us. I donāt know if our profession had anything to do with how we were treatedāI hope thatās not the caseābut I canāt find another explanation for why we were ignored when other guests received service.
Iāve always loved this restaurant chain, and I was so happy this location reopened. I genuinely want it to succeed. But this experience didnāt reflect the level of service Iāve come to expect, and it left me feeling unwelcome and disappointed.
I hope others have a better experience, and I truly hope the staff here can be coached to provide more attentive and inclusive service...

I told him he could keep wings to I had made a deal for the towel before ordering he said that if I left before paying 67 dollars he would call the police I told him to go ahead and call I would wait police came said I had to pay 22 dollars for the beer but since the food was not delivered I didn't have to pay. Now my thought is this if you make an agreement before you order and you don't keep your end of it and I don't eat and stop sipping on the beer. I am 71 years old a veteran of a foreign war. Have not been in any trouble with the police of any kind since I was a kid now in my opinion Brandon the manager went way overboard over a bar towel by escalating it to the police. PS it's a little more of a drive but the manager of the Conway buffalo wild wings said when I order my blazing wings he would not have a problem with the using a bar towel. Longer drive but if you know me you know I...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreOne star is for the customer service. A few days ago I was trying to find a place to watch the NY marathon on ESPN3, at the time I was unaware that it was an online only channel. But My wife was running in the marathon and i was hoping to see her cross the finish line. I had called a few places in town and they all politely said, "sorry sir, we dont have that channel." Buffalo Wild Wings handled the situation differently..... I called and explained my situation to the hostess on the phone. She went to go ask her manager if they had ESPN3. I overheard the manager say, "Im not sure, but even if we HAD that channel, i wouldnt put it on, id put a football game on instead." Then the hostess told me over the phone, "yeah sorry we're not going to have that FOR YOU." I normally dont like to leave negative reviews. But the exchange i had with Russellville Buffalo Wild Wings made them stick out like a sore thumb. Especially because it came from a manager. I think its pretty telling about the attitude they have towards their customers. So yeah, even if i could go to Buffalo wild wings, id probably go somewhere...
