7 Brew Coffee — Restaurant in Russellville

I would first like to say that I absolutely love 7 Brews!! I have been getting my white chocolate mocha there for several years now. I now live in the Rsvl area and I have recently gone to the new 7 Brew in Rsvl twice with pure excitement to get my favorite drink again. I AM SO DISAPPOINTED!!!! I order a white chocolate mocha, which I have been ordering at multiple locations and its ALWAYS the same everywhere except Russellville... What I am getting is a chocolate mocha.. today I tried to tell them that a WHITE chocolate mocha is not dark brown. So today I got what tasted like a watery sweet coffee with milk!! Ugh!! If they could just call ANY 7 Brew in NW Arkansas to find out how to make them, that would be great!! I do not know why theirs is different but I assure you it is... Also, I have been going for the same drink long enough that I was able to give out my full 7 Brew punch cards for Christmas gifts in my Christmas cards to friends and family. I have done business here regularly since they have opened and have been very pleased for the most part until today. I am in the automotive sales industry and work for a reputable dealership here in town and usually stop by and grab a beverage for myself and my co-workers 2-3 days a week for and afternoon pick-me up. Today the girl at the window was making small talk like they always do when I am waiting for my order and saw on my shirt the dealership that I work for and proceeded to tell me that her friend works for a dealership in Little Rock and that he makes big money and that If I worked for them I would be much more successful (like she has any idea how successful I really am or how much money I make other than what she assumes by looking at the car that I am driving) I proceeded to tell her that was very rude and that she has no idea how many cars I sell or how much money I make and that is none of her business. A MUST READ REVIEW business & value rating of a 1 So 7 Brew, you want to come clean? A few months ago, 7 raised their prices! Now, one morning, I pull an old 7 brew cup out of the cupboard to half a drink with family members. Immediately, I see the old cups are noticeably bigger?! So, the comparison begins, pouring a new cup into an old cup, and renders over a half inch difference in the level. Using a home measuring cup.. Results were Roughly 4 oz less in the new cup from what a customer used to get....

Why do businesses become successful and then immediately increase prices and find a way to screw over customers to increase profit margin?! On average, a 7 brew concession renders 2.36 Million annually. Sad sad sad, especially the staff you have is awesome they don't deserve to be recognized as part of your greed...
