Taco John's — Restaurant in Russellville

My family just ordered $40 worth of food through the drive-thru and to say we are highly disappointed would be an understatement. This was the biggest waste of money we've ever spent on food. If I could give 0 stars, I would.

For starters my son's cheese quesadilla had next to no cheese on it and his kids meal was missing his treat. Then my stuffed grilled taco was so thin and near empty that I honestly thought it was an empty tortilla. To add to it the crispy shell on the inside was about so soft it blended in with the soft shell and I had to check to see if it was actually in there. The soft shell was also so dry that it was hard on the outside, like a tortilla that had been left out for too long. My grilled chicken burrito, which costs more than the regular beef one, had only three pieces of chicken in it. My husband's grilled steak burrito was the same size as the value griller but over twice the cost. They also did not include the correct sauce for his fried chicken. All potato oles and the stuffed grilled taco were extremely cold and considering our home is only a 5-7 minute drive from the restaurant, absolutely nothing should have been as cold as that. If my husband hadn't already driven home and my son been so hungry, we would've bagged it all back up and taken it back for a refund.

It is becoming more and more clear why the other location shut down. If the quality of this one keeps declining like this it won't be long before it's gone too. I feel it goes without saying that we will 100%...

Worst fast food experience I've ever encountered me my wife and three kids ordered 30$ worth of food the two tacos that had sour cream inside tasted strange to me and my wife so we opened them up and the sour cream was very old looking like cottage cheese so naturally I wanted my money back the older gentleman who claimed to be the manager and owner told me he wouldn't give me my money back he kept saying I can only remake the order so then I asked for my receipt back that he wanted to look at he wouldn't give it back then he started telling me I had to leave I have proof I printed off from my credit card that I eat there and pics of the food with the old sour cream worse thing is this all happened on Christmas Eve we're still debating on taking this to court. I did make a police report right after at the sheriff's office that the man stole the receipt this was the N Arkansas...

The window guy was very rude! Handing me my drink before food bag I ask for a napkin (so I could wipe off the cup before I put it in my cupholder) he rudely says give me your money first and I say it’s not like I’m going to drive off with this drink and not pay. He handed napkin outand let it fall to the ground and I told him he dropped it and he told me I could pick it up! I told him I would not and he was being rude and disrespectful. I’m a 73-year-old grandmother. I do not appreciate this. My two teenage grandchildren were with me stating he was very rude. I told him I would tell his boss he said I’m sure you will and that he didn’t care. He kept being very rude with his mouth and stare! I left. This is not acceptable to me I have and do work with the public for 42 years now they are the customer would never let one of my employees talk to...
