I placed two separate orders at the window. First order was a kids meal leg with mashed potatoes and a sprite. The second order was just a leg. I went to the window to pay for my first order which was $6 and some change I gave her a $20 bill and the change, she then handed me $10 bill which it should’ve been $14 which she then gave me the price for the second order so I paid her with a $10 bill and she then gave me the $7 and some change back for that order. So I was still holding the $10 she gave me back for the first order in my hand and I told her she didn’t give me enough back, she then act as if she didn’t know what happened and ask manager to open the drawer back up to give me the rest of my change and she did. She then ask me do I still want the second order I said yes I just paid you for it a minute ago. Then the guy manager came over to the window very aggressive and rude. Just a reminder I’m the only customer at the window. He then told me to pull up because he need to count the drawer and slammed the window in my face twice as if he wanted to fight me. Really loud tone and very aggressive saying he has to watch his time I can’t sit there I have to pull up. I pulled up and my mom got right out to get her leg he say I didn’t pay for it and if she want one she have to pay for it. So not only was I disrespected by the manager his employee basically took my money and didn’t even give me my food. Very poor customer service and this should not have happened. This was definitely my last time coming to Popeyes!! This happened yesterday 10/03/25 around 1:30. Not to mention she didn’t give me...
Read moreI went to the Farmersville Rd Popeyes today in Ruston at 3:40 pm this afternoon, Sunday, May 19th when I went to the side door both doors were locked, so I walked around to where the doors on the side by the drive through were open. At that time no one was working the front of the store so I waited patiently. The young lady working the window came in the store from the side parking lot and in a loud voice said "Where is everybody there's a customer waiting in the front! I can't work the window and the front!" The other employees just stayed where they were. She walked around the counter and she was still fussing at the her coworkers. I told her that they lost two other customers because the side doors were locked and she asked me, "Which doors were locked? At which time I pointed to the doors on my right. She then told me in a loud, rude voice, you only tried to open one of the doors because one is locked but one is not! At that point I was already upset by the way she entered the store and talked to her co-workers and was apparently going to prove me wrong about the locked doors. So when she walked to the doors, still telling me I was wrong, I told her I didn't have to do business with this store while walking out of the store and she replied, "And we don't have to do business with you!" We stopped at the Popeyes in Jonesboro, LA and the employees there were more than happy to...
Read moreYour experience may vary but mine was great. It was my first time ordering using the app so I was a little confused on exactly how to get the food once I arrived (hint just get in the drive-thru). After the staff noticed me waiting and pulling to different locations in the lot during what looked like an especially busy shift a young man with a great smile unlocked the door to the dining area and motioned me in. Inside I was met with warm smiles and unwarranted apologies. The order which had been ready by then for some time was still hot and delicious. The manager on duty even threw in some free fries and chicken strips for the hungry kiddos that were with me. Thank...
