Zaxby's Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings — Restaurant in Ruston

If I could give 0 stars I would. On 30 January 2021 the crew was very unprofessional including the manager. I had to separate orders. Both orders consisted of 3 chicken finger combos and that's a total of 6 meals/ drinks. When ordering I said I wanted ranch dressing with all 3 orders. I paid for my order and once I received it I noticed my ranch wasn't in the bag. I informed the young man that my ranch wasn't in the bag. He gives me 1 ranch. I told him I would like more than one ranch because I have 3 orders. Now he has an attitude and tells me he'll have to charge me for each sauce. We go back and forth then I hear someone say why she holding up my line. I was irritated. I explained to the manager and she just stood there while the young man, myself, and others went back and forth. She didn't manage the situation correctly and her crew was out of control and very unprofessional. I understand college students and people working may be overworked, but you must still act professionally. The line was long and our food was cold. Yes, in the end the solution to my issue was I paid for the sauces. I'm from out of town and this experience and the food was horrible. *Retrain or start over with a new trained crew and...

Limiting red meat but found an excellent alternative for the summer, a Zaxby's House Salad! The chicken can be fried or grilled. I started with fried, but now enjoy the chicken grilled with heavy charring . Delicious! Nutritious leafy greens. Sweet tomatoes. Fresh cucumbers and a bit of shredded cheese. To increase the protein I sometimes add a 99 cent can of beans ( pinto, kidney, black, etc. -drained). Or, I sometimes order a second fillet, again heavily charred, to be added for about $2.50 more. Either option keeps me full all day, with no need to grab a post-3:00 snack!

The staff is consistent. Very few turnovers...which is a definite plus for me! And they are kind, courteous, and work well as a team! As a result, my orders are accurate and timely. Thank you...

Manager was very rude. Dinning room was messy. Talking to she employees very rude. Coke machine was not working when ask manager to get drinks from drive thru she got an attitude and was snappy. When ask (Manager)for a to go container for our salad that we paid for she got in a dispute about why we(Zaxbys) don't give out to go containers. She thought we were sombody off the streets until I presented her a receipt that(we) my wife was eating in the dinning area. And the other guests was feeling the same way on how she was treating us and them as well. Regardless on what kind of day she was having or going through NOBODY deserve to be treated the way she was treating us and...
