Bellomo's Market — Restaurant in Rutland City

Bellomo market is without a doubt a landmark for Rutland Vermont. I remember watching ol Mrs Bellomo making her handmade Italian sausages as she spoke in Italian to her two sons that helped her run this business. Joe Bellomo took over after she passed away and he was much fun to share laughs with as well. Very family oriented feeling still today in the store even since it's changed hands . The food is great, and the prices are unbeatable. I just wish they would take time to update things from the previous owners. The menu is not current, I went in to get a salad with my sub as indicated on their menu that there are "fresh salads made daily" and that wasn't an option.
