From the moment you walk in the aroma of the teas hits you and immediately you feel relaxed and welcome. This place is so lovely! It’s so calming, clean and cute! The food is amazing!!! I had the chicken chipotle multiple times. The flavors on the menu you can tell are carefully crafted and always bring something fun to the table! The food is so fresh. And tea lovers this spot is for you!! With over 80 kinds of teas to choose from you’re drowned in options. All teas of a well written description with helpful information! The staff is so helpful and kind! The owners are so lovely and you can tell they care so much! The carrot cake is the best I’ve ever had!! If you’re in rutland it’s a MUST stop for lunch!!! I love going with friends!

My friend and I couldn’t get enough of this place. We stopped in for brunch on a rainy Vermont Saturday and everything was beyond perfect! We were the first ones in which is why it looks empty..but by the end of our 2 hours there, a lot more people were coming in and out. They have over 80 teas on the menu, flatbreads, soup, cookies, loose tea for sale, and a gift shop. The owners are so friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful, steering us to delicious tea. The entire experience was so relaxing, the food was perfect, and just what 2 overworked women needed. Such an asset to Rutland. Let’s keep them here!

This is a fantastic addition to downtown Rutland. So many teas to choose from, and lots of small bites too, both sweet and savory. Loved the seasonal Nutcracker tea. Also have lots of gifts and small trinkets to choose from. All that in a beautiful space with friendly service! 10/10 recommended!

I love this place for it's location and for being what it is now and for the potential to adapt itself to its visitors over time. I usually work at the HUB or the library to avoid distractions at home and to have a different relaxed environment conducive to better productivity by switching it up HUB and library are closed Sundays as is Masala Corner so I set up here for the afternoon with 2 pots of tea and a flatbread. The place wasn't busy so I felt comfortable staying on to work through homework assignments delayed by major surgery and many many naps. I asked to make sure they're okay because when theeyes not enough customers to tell if that's p.c. it's better to ask. It was. The hospitality and the window seat, the pleasant jazz, the polite through traffic and muted vibrations of others made for a productive afternoon. Until, powering through a lengthy post to a fellow student that involved research and citations copied and posted, my Wifi ended precisely at 3! The ship is open till 4 and is planned on staying until I was finished with two posts. I lost a good hour's worth of work. Blackboard is not as forgiving as Word in autosaving. So two complaints: one is that the tables are too high for small people and the seats are also similarly high. The other obviously is that the Wifi shuts of an hour before closing. Something I find very strange and had I known I would have saved-draft or not have ordered a second or off tea and powered through but gone home to nap. Vermont! Trying hard but seems like China back in 1990 in a lot of respects. Live and learn. At least there the tables and chairs were right-sized. Also the blueberry mint flatbread was delicious and unlike anything I've ever had before. Very glad that no coconut Rangers...

The best loose leaf tea I have ever had, each cup feels as though it was brewed with mindful intent in a warm, relaxed and friendly modern atmosphere.

They have so many unique and different teas that have complex flavor profiles. Their food is delectable and a tasteful pairing to the liquid gold they serve here.

Update to this review 7/26/25

The iced tea is just as good as hot, served in an eloquent glass with the rest if the tea in a classy vase.

Flavor is still complex, but really calm and cooling on a hot hazy day.

They offer a variety of teas to take home as well, and bring the...
