The young lady with black and blonde hair at the cash register that took my order there today has horrible customer service. As she knew I was waiting for my order to be taken she made me wait for a few minutes before even taking my order and as she walked up to her cash register she did not say anything or even greeted me on what I want and just only stood there waiting for me to just say something. Her attitude and manners are horrible. Almost even made me not want to place my order and on top of that on the specific items in the $6 box I wanted she didn't let me know about the extra charges for it until I asked why I was getting charged for more then that's when she gave me an attitude about it when I didn't even know it was an extra charge for the specific order I wanted. She needs to work on her customer service and I hope that changes because I wouldn't want to order from there again just because of her attitude and horrible...

And I'm a big proponent of having people work at registers that speak and understand English so there's no communication break down. In this case unfortunately there was and even though I tried to be very patient It was just impossible to communicate with the cashier, at some point she actually just asked the person behind me to step up trying to bypass me altogether. I walked up to the counter, the guy and the woman just turned back started filling the orders on the screen, I ask the woman if there was anyone there to take orders, she ignored me and continue to bag orders for drive through. So I asked the guy at first he didnāt respond, so I waited a bit, before asking again. This time with an abrasive tone, told me to wait. I had been waiting and know one else was there to order.
